No - they have a slightly adapted room but you have to use the public disabled lol next door and there is no access without stairs

I think they do have some ground floor rooms - my balance is not good with stairs and I was told that if I had told them I could have had one of them.

I do not think this hotel has disabled access rooms as there is no ramped access or a lift and you have to climb stairs to access all rooms as far as I can remember.

Emma

To be quite honest I cannot remember, all I do remember was lots of stairs and corridors and no lift. Certainly my wife and I didn't see any.

I'm not sure, since there were stairs everywhere, even to get to reception.

Would suggest you call them and ask 0161 499 0500

Not sure you need to enquire with the hotel. It seems pointless aslking on trip adviser when they can best answer this question. You certainly need to be careful because the rooms we had on both our stays were not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. There were a lot of steps and no lifts. But I'm sure there may be ground floor rooms available if you book one with the hotel.
