It is a multi floor tour but I do recall elevators. I would certainly ask before you purchase a ticket.

Yes, I would say that it is but some areas a bit narrow (I'm thinking wheel chair), although passable. Yes, elevator. The gift shop doesn't seem to have wide enough aisles for chairs....just merchandise, which one can live without. The pint at the end of the tour is delicious! Enjoy!

I have to apologize as I am not 100 percent sure....you start out he tour on the bottom floor and I did see an elevator...the second floor tour is all handicapped accessible.
