We opted for the hike--good walking shoes were very useful Those who chose to go horseback riding didn't seem to have special boots though. I would ask the tour office though.

I would message the trip provider--I found them to be very responsive when I had questions.

Sorry, we choose for the guided hiking trail. Boots recommended!

Don't know the requirements for horseriding. The couple in our group who went horseriding were wearing normal hiking shoes, and came back alive.

Hi - We did the tour and horseback riding in December. Riding Boots were provided by the equestrian facility. The had a large variety of sizes as were riding helmets.

I didn't go horseback riding but those that did had on sneakers. Didn't seem boots were necessary.
