You don’t give a fair representation of your hotel by posting only the refurbished rooms. You should show customers the old rooms so they know what they will get. We are currently staying at the hotel and have no running hot water a basic need? You are misleading customers?
As you will be aware, we are very busy at present, but please do come to reception to see if we can help in anyway during your visit.
The manager is not interested. The restaurant was chaos, breakfast was cold and the dining room was filthy with slops splashed up the wall and dirty tables all over. Rain water was leaking through the electrics in the dining room and staff looked fed up. The manager just kept saying email Budget Hotel Group, I can't do anything I don't have the power.
