What are the activities for kids in the resort? My kids are 4 years and 7 years old.. thanks!
Dear Kanika, We have an entire bouquet of activities for children. These are nature based activities specially designed to engage and inspire children . There are two such activities daily ,each of one hour duration.
Yes a ton of activities! My daughter enjoyed the tour of the plantation in the tractor, bird watching and the walk through the resort. There are also activities organised by the resort.
there's an entire play area for kids with table tennis, Carom, ludo and some other board games, swimming pool is an option, the centre also makes them do activities related to birds, tree leaves , painting everyday at a certain time, which is different everyday and it is quite interesting- my 10 year old son loved them, there is a book library, they can get books to the room or read in the lounge, their is a bird walk with binoculors for children, there is a plantation walk where they are made to see lots of trees which expands their knowledge other than fish feeding, they are taught how to make handmade paper, there is an eco walk on the property which shows kids who we can conserve nature and yet have this big property running through eco means. there is a cultural dance show and story telling session every evening,
my son loved doing most of the activities, these are nature based activities so the children should an inclination towards nature. but even if they dont, they must be introduced to all these.
we felt there was enough to keep them occupied for two-three days
Other than the swimming pool I feel kids not not going to be happy with anything available(now it will be too cold to venture in to swimming pool). The resort is mainly for people who want to relax and eat.. :D That's what most of the Indians indulge on during their so called "Holidays". For that purpose it fulfills all requirements 100%. But if your idea of holiday is to be adventurous then you have to look elsewhere.
The children in the resort have activities like common play area with games room. They can feed fish, go for boat rides, have some craft classes and competition held for painting, writing etc. Children are also made sensitive to environment.
They cannot go for nature trails or cycling trails.
Hi. Your children can feed the fish. They can even try to hook one. You have bird watching, farmers trail and in the evenings there are cultural programmes.
I believe there are some specific activities for children.
The only activity they won't be allowed to do is possibly the nature trail.
They have a play area with a few options.
I may have missed out something. Please check with the resort for complete details.
