Garza Blanca Preserve, Resort & Spa Questions & Answers

St. Catharines, Canada

Two things, we've booked an all inclusive package for this resort and I saw someone mention somewhere that some things aren't included in the all inclusive....anybody know what that means? Mostly concerned that all meals and alcohol do qualify!

Secondly, can we go to Hotel Mousai free of charge with the all inclusive package?

Thanks!

In my experience with this resort they have a few different levels of “all-inclusive” which is strange.

-We booked a block of rooms and agreed to a certain A-I plan, it included everything except room service & hotel mousai.

-At check in we were presented with a different A-I plan, this 2nd plan didn’t include alcohol or the use of waersports equipment.

-Then my brother in law who booked his room directly through the resort online(not the room block we booked) had a different A-I plan which did actually include everything, even room service & Hotel Mousai.

MY ADVICE TO YOU: review the all inclusive you agreed to when you booked. It should specifically state what is NOT included (bottles of wine/liquor most likely). When you check in, thoroughly inspect the A-I plan you are agreeing to (they have you sign off at check in just so there’s no confusion) if the plan that’s presented at check in excludes things like alcohol or room service, then ask to speak to he manager.

Even though they tried to hustle us into a lesser A-I package, I’m pretty sure they thought we were just stupid Americans that weren’t paying attention. I was insistent and stood my ground and ultimately myself and all 30 of my wedding guests got the truly All-Inclusive package.

Just pay attention to what you’re signing. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

Everything is included except for bottles of wine or champagne... but you can order 6 glasses of wine and no problem. Now with the Hotel Mousai, it’s available to you after 6pm (all inclusive) and that’s the roof top bar and the rooftop pool. Also dinner after 630 at the Japanese/Sushi is available to you, which is a must!!!!! The Spa and gym are available all day to you and they are located at Hotel Mousai.

Google "what is included with Garza Blanca all inclusive" and choose Why All Inclusive Makes Sense At Garza Blanca.

Looks like most meals and alcohol except in a bottle are included at GB but you only get a discount if you go to Mousai.
