Depends there are lifeguards and warning flags
It was rough at times due to high winds so be careful. I just went in knee deep.
Don't get too deep. There are life guards on the beach.
It is always safe to swim in sea in Goa. The entire beaches are well guarded by Coast Guard teams who monitor tides and ensure precautions & warnings in terms of extent of adventure visitors can safely make. It’s just the high tide time, more so, during monsoons of May-June-July, when one has not to go Deep. But the guidance of Coast guards ( very visible) is extremely professional and handy.
After 15th October or when the government gives permission very good. There are life guards about every 150 yards with a whistle to warn bathers or summon more help Very good beach
