We used Sagawa

Conveniently located at the Tokyo Information Centre in the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal.

Cost us A$60 to leave 2 large suitcases for 5 days for collection at Narita Airport on the day we flew out - too easy.

We did go via metro to get there - no pick up. Others suggested Black Cat.

I’m sure they do luggage transfers

I didn’t do a luggage transfer this time around but I have previously. That was part of a tour so was organised for us. If you have large pieces of luggage the trains can be trickier on the busy lines because of the crowds, and there isn’t always room on the Shinkansen to store. You could chance it though is your bags aren’t too big.

Didn’t do lugguage transfer. Very easy to take cases onto the Bullet Train. We were travelling with one average size suitcase and a small piece of hand luggage.
