Just wondering do any of your hotels run kids club, over the Christmas period? Or do you have any more information on the hub please. Is the hub a minding area? we’re parents can drop of the kids off for a few hours so your kids can have fun, and parents get a break. Have rang a few times and keep getting told different information over the phone. Also would love information on your babysitting service. Thanks
me and my family will be staying at Crown Perth soon and I was wondering if I could invite guests for the day and if they will be able to access the Metropol Pool and The Atrium for dinner without staying the night. I wasn’t sure if Crown Perth allow visitors to eat and swim for the day since they won’t have a room key. Also are they able to use mine as a way of they getting in?
I would like to answer the General managers feedback to my review as I called like he asked in the feedback so we could discuss it further. However I got an answer machine I left my name and number on Tuesday 5th Sept but have not received a reply obviously you do not really want to discuss it further! Clarefgroarke
Where is the best free parking if wanting to stay at the Towers and are you able to access pools there as well as Metropol?
If staying a night at Metropol can I use the pool the next day after check out? I’ve seen reviews which say after check out you can’t use the pool.
Unless you get a day pass - but how much is that for two people?
Or hire a cabana of day bed? What are the costs there? Can’t see costs on website!
Also is going over to the towers pool an option?
Seeing reviews on here, it appears to be common practice now for a 'King' bed to be 2 singles pushed together? Would this not be considered false advertising? Also, in my own experience, after leaving a negative response/review when i was sent the usual after stay survey, no one takes the time to make contact and respond? So i guess my major question is what ever happened to customer service??
