I am a little concerned to all the bad reviews I’ve read on here,
My husband and I had our wedding at your hotel 10years ago on the 18th Oct hence why I decided for our 10th Anniversary I would book with you, and had pointed this out to the lady on the phone and said I would like our room too, I don’t want to cancel as I organised this a while back, can you confirm that the complaints from others have been looked into, e.g food, damp rooms etc

What gym facilities are there; any classes, what machines? Is the use included in spa breaks? Thanks.
If you book room only at the hotel do you get access to the pool and spa or do you have to book a specific spa break to do this?
