Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was my first cruise in Virgin Voyages made it the most amazing memorable experience. Everything was 100% the best service in every way the cabin was large and luxurious. The hammock on the balcony was the most comfortable thing I think I’ve ever sat on. Boat is absolutely beautiful and the people that work on the boat are the nicest people. Everybody is very happy and the customer service is amazing and you can tell that virgin takes care of their employees. It was refreshing to be on port days and be able to see the employees out, enjoying themselves as well as they deserve to have a great life When they’re off the ship was so clean. It was the most memorable experience and I will never forget it. I’ve already booked two more cruises for 2025.

This is my second cruise, i have to say the cruise is excellent EXCEPT..... this time they gave a cabin 8346Z right above one of the clubs, now lucky my wife and I did not get back to the room till after midnight, so most of the times we did not hear the club otherwise be warned,.we where not told about this before. Second problem Asian Food night in the galley, we aren't Asian food people last year they did not have this, but you think Cruising to Europe they would have European type food... But overall we love the cruise and look forward to going next year.

Had read a lot of positive reviews, so we were excited to go on this cruise. But, what a disappointment! First of all the food was the same day in and day out. You can’t eat bacon, hamburgers and sausages every day, unless you want to become obese. The only healthy option at the galley was the salads, which were not available during the Asian food market.( Three times during the cruise) The booking of the restaurants was something very stressful b/c a lot of them were fully booked. Of course they allow waik-ins but then you have to sit at the bar. Such was the case at Extra VIrgin. It also happened to be my birthday that day, so I would expect that little extra. But nothing, not even a “ happy birthday”. Such was not the case when we cruised with celebrity. We weren’t thrilled by the entertainment either.

This was my first ever cruise and chose Virgin Voyages as saw it was Adults Only, No Buffet/Set Dining, No Formal Dress Code, No Tips and the ship and cabins looked new/modern and exciting. Resilient Lady was everything I hoped for and more – everything was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The Suite we had was stunning and our Agent (#Angelika) and Stewards (Asha & Alex) we so helpful and friendly – thankyou. The rest of the crew around the ship – restaurants, bars etc also friendly, engaging and real – all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Food options amazing – ate in all but one of the main restaurants. Also plenty of variety in the galley (more food court…definitely not buffet) and other spots around the ship – Dock Club, Pizza Place, Lick me till Ice Cream. I honestly didn’t want to go to bed and was up as soon as my eyes opened – I didn’t want to waste a minute. Itinerary was great – Adriatic Sea and Greek Gems… the approach into Kotor Bay especially was stunningly beautiful. Thankyou all at #VirginVoyages #ResilientLady – an experience we’ll never forget.

What an amazing ship resilient lady is from start to finish. The check in was quick and easy the app was easy to use. Everything worked through a wrist band which made things so easy. ALL staff on board were exceptional very friendly and helpful. We had such an amazing holiday very relaxed we will definitely travel with virgin voyages again.
