Travelling with 3 couples. Everything first rate. Wonderful stateroom, service. Excellent selection of restaurants. Upgrade dining at a fixed, reasonable price. Pools and common areas clean. Good selection of entertainment including comedy, magic, Vegas style show. Concierge with suite provided personal service, made for a great trip. A feature I really didn't expect to use, but really made all the fun effortless. Nice, clean gym open 24 hrs. Showers way above average. Bar service sometimes a bit slow, but top shelf selection. Waitstaff attentive and fun. Not a big cruise fan, but we'll do this again. Only downside was balcony was pretty small.

My wife and I did a 14 day cruise Feb. 29th to March 14th 2020. We enjoyed the cruise. Our room was very nice, and our room Stewart was excellent. The ship was kept very clean, and the crew members kept the eating areas very clean. The entertainment was very good, and was diverse with comedians, magicians, singers. All were very good. There was lots of activities to keep all the guest entertained. We love Princess Cruise Line.

The ship, the food, the service, the accommodations...not fit for humans. And, Princess doesn't care. Choose another cruise line.

We really enjoyed the food, the entertainment and the excursions on the Sky Princess. The World Marketplace on Deck 16 had an endless variety of food choices. We enjoyed this for our breakfast buffet every morning and a few lunches. If the weather is suitable, head out to the deck at the back of the ship to enjoy the view of the ocean while dining. Most evenings we ate in the formal dining room where we sat at the same table each evening with our extended family members who were also on the cruise. You have a choice of early or late dining. I'm glad we chose the early dining since I'm used to being in bed by 10 p.m. This allowed us to get to the nightly entertainment and back to our room at a decent time. Many mornings we had to get up early to get to our excursions. There is free ice cream that we didn't find until several days into the cruise. I believe it was also on deck 16. We enjoyed the entertainment provided free on the ship. Each night after dinner we would head to the Princess Theater (Deck 6?) to see a show. You do need to get there about 45 minutes early to get a seat. The shows were all really good. We saw a comedian, a magician, singers, and dancers. After this show, we went to a nightly game show. We enjoyed playing in "Passenger Feud," and "You Be the Judge" and playing along with the contestants on stage in "The Marriage Game" and "Yes or No" game. The activity director and his assistants kept it very entertaining. We booked an excursion at every port several months before leaving on the cruise through Princess. In Grand Cayman we booked the "Dolphin Swim and Stingray Encounter." You get to be in the water with the dolphins. You do several activities like having the dolphins push you while you ride on a boogie board, and having the dolphins kiss you on the cheeks. The prices for pictures were too high for us to buy any. You take a ship out to Stingray City and get to hold the stingrays. You can have someone take pictures while you hold the stingrays. In Roatan we booked the "Shipwreck Snorkel and Beach." This was my husband's favorite excursion. We spent time at a private beach called "Fantasy Island." It was very pretty. The snorkeling was a more intense experience than I've ever done. Our guide was George from MC Tours. He was great at teaching us how to breathe with the snorkeling mask. We had to wear fins, life preservers and our snorkeling masks. They take you out to the reef in a boat. The water was very choppy and I struggled with water getting into my mask. The fish were very colorful and it was neat to see the reef. After the snorkeling, we took a short walk to a jungle area and a monkey came out of the trees and climbed on the arm of our guide. I spoke to a lady on the cruise who did a different excursion in Roatan where the beach was not private. She was very disappointed and annoyed that several natives from Roatan would constantly bother her with trying to sell her items. My advice would be to keep with the tours that offer a private beach. In Belize we did the "Cave Tubing and Scenic Drive." It was okay, but it wasn't as adventurous as I would have liked. They connect your inner tubes together and you go pretty slow through the cave. I'm glad I had dry clothes to change into after the tubing. In Cozumel we did the "Cenote Hopping & Lunch." Our guide was very entertaining and was very informative. The cenotes basically look like ponds. You get to jump into most of them. There was also zip lining across the biggest one. This was a surprise for use since the description didn't mention zip lining. Then you canoed back across the cenote. The cenotes are located in a Mayan village. The lunch was fixed by the Mayan people living there in the village. This was a very good excursion that I would highly recommend. Caution: You take a shuttle to get from the Sky Princess to the mainland. There were no public restrooms available at Playa del Carmen. We walked several blocks and finally found a shop who allowed us to come in and use their restroom. We had a great time on the Sky Princess. A couple of things to be aware of is that a $14 gratuity is charged per day on your bill in addition to what you already paid for the cruise. Service was wonderful and all of the workers were very friendly and helpful. If you win money at the Casino, it doesn't get automatically put back on your account. You have to go to the cashier and get the cash before leaving the ship. The medallion was great for connecting with family on the ship. You also get a free drink the first time you order with your medallion. I wished we would have downloaded the app to my husband's phone too before going on the cruise.

I am hoping someone from corporate will see this review and help me. I pre-purchased through Princess cruise website several spa services prior to my 2/22 - 2/29 cruise. This is almost a $1,000 worth of services that I was double charged for. I have called and after two days of going back and forth I was told by Princess even though they can see I had already paid they will have to send it to a post cruise resolution team that will get back to me in 4-6 weeks! Since this charge (which is tied to my whole bill) is due soon I tried to dispute in on my credit card. Capital one is so overwhelmed with Covid I have to dispute by mail in writing. What a clusterfudge. Also note that I noticed the extra charges on the ship, the spa fixed them after I spent an hour with them fixing it. When I had my folio sent to me by Princess (took 2 days and 2 different reps to get it) The Folios (2) they sent has the right(ish) amount and the wrong amount. Two seperate folios. As far as the ship. The first three hand santizers walking on board were empty. The ship is lovely and all the employees were very hard workers with smiling faces. The spa service were great! We had an hour and a half deep tissue couples massage, a couples cabana massage on the top deck of the Sanctuary, pass to the enclave which was very nice. The Sanctuary was the place to be for peace and quiet and was very serene. The buffet was exactly the same every day, no change up. We had a mini-suite which was spacious and I loved having the full size shower/tub. The French restaurant was ok, I I like fru fru food but maybe to fru fru? The Crown steakhouse was good as well, seriously get the French onion soup there is was so good. Movies on top of ship were nice to watch. I saw several people in the pool with glass beer bottles. The shows were really good. We saw the Rock Opera, the video game one which was a little out there but special effects were fantastic. Also they had a comedian the first night who was hilarious and oh so not PC which I loved! Overall a good cruise if you take out the overcharge debacle.
