2020 World Tour, worst experience and most expensive disappointment of my life. Would never cruise with Cunard or any other of Carnival Cruises again. Difficult times yes, made worst by Cunards attitude and actions.

We travelled from Southampton to Sydney. I agree with the other reviews of this journey. Cunard and the Captain where excellent in keep everyone informed of the spread of the Covid 19 virus and could not have done any more to keep the ship clean. The crew worked tirelessly to ensure that all precautions were taken and as a result the passengers all stayed safe and well. We had a great time and particularly enjoyed the 13 days at ship from Sri Lanka to Freemantle. The entertainment department did extra shows to fill in as booked acts could not embark .. but the star "turn" was the Captain( Master ) of QM2 who gave a talk on how to sail a ship... We have already booked to go again next year in January from Southampton to Singapore.

Excellent service and food, and world class shows. Entertained by Pam Ayes and educated by Lord Dannett, or should that be the other way round? Special thanks to crew and staff, Roger, Chandra, Jane, Alex, Sid and many others. A great ocean liner - one of us gets sea sick on smaller ships but no problems on QM2. Highlights; Suez Canal, Jordan, Naval display by HMS Montrose and helicopter, Oman, Children's charity art event, Captain Hashmi's Q&A - priceless, Koalas at Lone Pine, World Voyage Dinner at Melbourne. Had to miss a few ports because of the pandemic. Not all passengers were happy but that's life! Amazing organisation by Cunard when it came to the repatriation. Irritations; Pseudo faded carpet design in some corridors, regular cruisers.
