If you are thinking about sailing with Cunard, please think again--they are worst company as far as customer service that I have ever dealt with and I've traveled all of my life and been on 5 continents. We booked a trip to Europe and then had to sign an almost 20-page legal document which basically made Cunard responsible for nothing and to to that their travel insurance policy which we paid hundreds of dollars for was not applicable to anything relative to Covid--IF they had made that clear we would have never, ever booked this cruise!!! We sail 3-JAN but there is no regular staff from Cunard available between Christmas and New Years--they are on holiday which is OK but why schedule a cruise on 3-JAN with no-one to assist at the most critical time? We are most likely going to be high and dry because of their policy that we have to check negative for Covid within 48 hours of departure--that would not be a problem under normal travel times, but no testing is available on New Years day--we have to travel the next day and it could easily take more than 24 hours to get our results. Cunard just doesn't seem care about customers--it's all about the money and we will be lose our entire sum and Cunard won't have to provide any services to us--a very expensive disappointment, but NEVER again will we consider Cunard!!!!

We love this ship and were eager to return to it after the Covid shutdown and were not disappointed as the elegance and beauty of the interior design remain. We love the public rooms. Good lectures and things to do on board. Service had some hiccups, as always, and the food does not exceed average cruise ship food. Only issue was the long line waiting to be tested in Southampton caused by the lack of staff. We waited 3 hours before we could board and most of the time was spent standing.

Following the Covid shutdown we did think they could have sorted some things out - based on a number of past cruises with Cunard covering all of their ships. The WIFI and TV coverage is dreadful - and even though we qualify for so much free wifi - it is pointless if it doesn't work! Also following Covid their aim to recoup lost income is to make the drinks even more exorbitant than they were before!!!I didn't think that was possible - buit Cunard have managed it!

Dear Cunard Management, i am writing this here because there is no way i can contact you and your customer service people basically tells me that you have no managers.... I tried to call , the customer service told me to write ( in a very rude and hill mannered way ), I wrote to customer service and nobody is answering. I wrote to Cunard Group and to Onboard service for a month and nobody bother to even acknowledge the email. This is appalling! I booked a Britannia balcony for the cruise in August Southampton to NewYork and i need some support that i am not getting. I hope anyone from Cunard reads my message before i cancel the trip
