Please avoid this hell hole at all costs it will ruin your year!! After 12 cruises we decided to treat the family and friends 18 of us to a once in a lifetime holiday., what a mistake we made we used the worst travel agent (Destination 2)and cruise line and ship in the world. The hell that is MSC Seaside. I just wish I had taken more notice of the bad reviews this dump already had please heed my warning this a terrible place. The shop is in terrible condition and an embarrassment to cruise lining. It should be scrapped straight away it’s a horrible place. I wasted £30k on the holiday ruined 1st by the agents incompetence and mostly by the disgusting treatment by the service providers on this ship along with the terrible state of this floating relic from a past age. We brought every upgrade we could for our party 18 premium drinks packages, Prem WiFi packages for each family, gratuities were included as standard so our agent lied to us. 4 of us had no packages on record at brought and paid for already, their customer services was aggressive , threatening and rude we spent endless days arguing with them again and again. The rooms were horrendous we had a “suite” haha it was the size of a competitors walk-in wardrobe. The furniture was dirty tatty and hanging, the bedding was all stained yellow and stank we had to get them to change everything and deep clean it all. We were given a specialty dinner as a gesture only to find that the £3000 worth of packages missing were then void for accepting their gesture which was terrible as well. Everyone working on this cruise looked sad and depressed with good reason, it is a terrible place to spend any time. We had to club together to pay for the people in the party who had no drinks or WiFi packages. The constant arguing we had to do and the abuse of their customer service ruined a once in a life time holiday , conned !!! Don’t waste your money or your time on this rabble.…

We went on a family trip with 2 other families. We thank JESUS for allowing us to have family fun, food and fellowship on the MSC Seashore. Out Cabin Attendant Maria in the 15th floor was very kindly professional and hospitable, she serviced our room, gave us great information and very attentive to our wants. Thank you Maria. At the Manhattan Restaurant, our server Mayor & his assistant Melanie were amazingly kind, they professionally served us as they always smiling, such wonderful people. Thank you Mayor & Melanie. The food options including the buffet, the entertainment, & the pools were all fun. The whole trip was amazing that we spent time with our families and gave glory to JESUS.…

Enjoyed our first cruise last week on MSC, which is the 7th line we've experienced. Word of advice if you like balconies with space for more than 2 chairs and a small table: target rooms on the 9th deck AFT. There are about 20 rooms on both port and starboard side that have extra spacious balconies because of a hard cover provided for those eating meals outside on 8th deck, where main buffet is. We just got lucky with our assignment. Balcony had space for table w/2 standard chairs and 2 loungers, and still more room available. Food on board overall about average compared to other lines we've done. Entertainment in main theatre was very good; other entertainers on board were about average. Will definitely think about going again on a MSC ship.…

Any MSC boat won't be good allowing smoking cigarettes near kids, pregnant woman and non smokers next to the pool like the MSC Seaside I was just on last week. So bad and nasty sadly. Also, main pool and late night parties 90 percent Spanish reggaeton which isn't bad music but really eliminates most of the passengers number 1 not knowing Spanish but the dj said thats his music but he should mix up the music so everyone can enjoy a little too. The movies on the boat the one had so many killings parents too away their kids, the other 2 night movie stared 45 minutes late and the 3rd night played 20 minutes in Spanish with no sub titles until they finally found the tech after complaints to restart the movie in English from the beginning.…

The disappointment of this cruise was unbelievable. I cruised many times before but first time with MSC Cruises and NEVER again with this cruise line. From days before cruise even started to the very last day was an issue. The constant changes via emails before cruise day then the day of embarkment after travels have already been made& placed they decided to extend boarding time from 11:30 am to 5pm. With hotel checkout, luggages, & a baby the frustration already ruined all vacation mood. Then when we called MSC to ask why the last minute boarding time change on our boarding passes & if we could at least drop off luggage's early since we had a 7 hour wait, their response was "you are not allowed to board until 5 and to figure something else out until then." I was so shocked and furious to that response which made me not want to even go along with this cruise. It was on this Facebook page where we saw someone's post saying we can board to head to the ship which we went ahead and did. We boarded right away with no issues so why did MSC say differently on the phone. First thing I noticed as soon as we boarded was the vibe. Not all crew members gave us a positive vibe. Some were very welcoming and some were straight faced cold towards guests. Other cruises I been on all crew were so happy and uplifting. Next, the food at the buffet. It was basically the same foods every day. There was nothing interesting. And they would close down the juice machines and only leave out the water fountain while the buffet is still open. Absolutely makes no sense. For a 7 day cruise with repetitive food makes u feel sick. Other cruises I experienced would have at least a different station every day such as Mexican, Mediterranean, Chinese, Italian along with their every day usual stations. The complimentary dining food experiences were not the best either. We had terrible service a couple times. The wait staff is not all kind. Most of them can barely understand English and were disrespectful when we tried to get them to understand us as if it's our fault that you can't understand our order. The meals were not too pleasing either. The only good food & dining experience we had was at the paid restaurants. Next, their daily entertainment sucked. Aside from the magic show and Michael Jackson show they didn't have anything else outstanding. Their dj parties were not open to all nationalities especially for English speaking. Not everyone on board are Spanish or Italian speaking. They should be more mindful to that when putting a playlist together. Other cruises had great parties and entertainment for ALL guests throughout the day. Bowling is part of the ship but yet wasn't working at all. And even if it did work it wasn't free. The pool table wasn't free either. I never been on a cruise that charges for almost everyyyy thing when these things are free on other cruise lines. This all leading up to the last day of the cruise, disembarkment was very unorganized. We found luggages outside of their assigned number pickup stations which caused more time searching for ours. What was the point of putting on luggage tags when we were going to be running around searching for ours luggages. MSC lost us as a future customer as well as their reputation with family/friends/ public.…
