The mini suite is a larger room and very comfortable for the most part although it seems every time they build a new ship the doors get skinnier. Getting on the ship was event free, even though very crowded but from the first day and we didn't even realize it, but the first day they decided to move their discotheque to the pool. This meant constant noise all day long and your cabin became a giant speaker what I mean by that is the vibration from the audio system in the main pool area was so violent that one couldn't even hold a conversation in the room. This made it very difficult for my wife and I to have a good time. We expressed our concerns multiple times will need to be called on the phone, but no action was taken they said people from housekeeping for a noise complaint. I don't know why come to find out from the night manager of the hotel that deck 16 is not a place to book a cabin, not disclosed at any of their contracts or sign ups. I find this very disrespectful on princess's part. If I wanted a drunken cruise I would've chosen carnival, which I'll never go on again their Sister company it seems that princess is now carnival. Wanted to keep everybody up and push their own agendas instead of people having a relaxing time I get it. Everybody has their own idea of relaxation, but it's never been my experience to be on a princess cruise and have so much noise constant boom boom boom All day long. It wasn't until the seventh day that we were offered another room, although not a comfortable room in an area that we were unsure about because of the events that were going on we could've just walked into another room that would've been just as noisy. I did not recommend using this cruise line. My wife and I have gone over 20 cruises and their resolution Was to put us in a location that may have been just as bad. It's sad my wife and I really enjoy cruising and having loud music go until all hours of the morning isn't cool. I can't recommend princess cruises anymore.…

This is our 8 th New England cruise, the first on Princess’ Enchanted. We have gone on Princess mostly, due to several factors. I read a prior review on Trip Advisor of this tour - and it IS true that Newport now requires a long shuttle (?40 min?) from the ship - and a long wait til your number comes up. When the time our number came up, we decided not to go to Newport - because it was an early (5 pm) return. Also, the best port - Bar Harbor - no longer allows large cruise lines to land ( as of 2024), so bleak Portland, ME was substituted. Usually there are 5 ports, but for some reason St. John’s NB, was excluded. Hooray. As I said, we’ve done this tour 8 times and St. John’s is a poor, unattractive city. Otherwise, food on Princess always great and abundant, 2-3 production shows pretty amazing with that “wow” factor, and plenty of fine entertainment. We had no use for the specialty restaurants. This is a repeat cruise for us and the major factors are close embarkation ( Brooklyn ny), very reasonable prices, wonderful service and food, and that loyalty benefits factor. It’s also an easy trip with few sea days. Cost with cancelation insurance, taxes $1242/ person with balcony. Midship.…

At the end of our cruise, we had a $200 fully refundable credit. Nine months later, still haven’t received the cheque. After three calls and numerous emails. I keep being told that the cheque will arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. It seems like a new version of « The cheque is in the mail! » As an elite level customer, not happy at all with the service!…

We have cruised with other companies i.e. Disney, P&O, Royal Caribbean and TUI. We were so happy when we boarded this beautiful ship, it really did have the wow factor! Our Inside cabin B217 had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean as was the whole ship. We ate in a couple of the restaurants and also the buffet restaurant, and always found plenty of choices and we were totally happy with all the food. Entertainment was fabulous - the shows were fantastic we enjoyed them all. The staff we came into contact with were always happy and helpful. We watched a couple of films "Movies under the stars" - and were provided with blankets and popcorn was available if wanted. All in all I would definitely recommend Princess Enchanted and would definitely cruise with Princess again.…

Ok so first I have to say that the staff and service was stellar they also accomodate handicapped and challenged people very well. The rest of the trip not so good. The food at the buffet was better than the resturant food but that is not really a compliement either. We had a premium deluxe balcony room. The balcony was actually larger than the cabin. Which should give you an idea of how small it actually was. Although it was not a roomy space the worst issue was the bathroom. Unfortunately you had to step up into the restroom. Now that may be a real issue for an older crowd that have mobility issues never mind the folks that are drunk. We were unable to dock at some of the piers so water shuttles were necessary. This was a very looooong process- first wait in line to recieve a boarding number then you wait again to have your number called - then you board and wait again until it is full- then you wait again to come back. Not the best way in my opinion to enjoy a day onshore By the end of the week we were more than ready to come home- again it was a very long laborous process. Hurry up and get out of your room by 8:00 then sit an wait for your disembarking color and number to be announced-- we waited over 2 hours. They did handle the luggage well ---that is to say it was there for us to pick up out of a sea of other luggage in a canavorous room. The best part of the whole experience was being able to order food from your phone and have it delivered to wherever you were on the ship. I you enjoy mediocore food and atmosphere this is the cruise for you - if not, find something else…
