Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We took a trip to Bardejov and we visited this old wooden church, too. It’s nearby, only a few kms and worth a visit. It was built in 15th century and it’s on the UNESCO World Heritage List with others wooden churches in Slovakia, but it’s the it is the only Roman Catholic church. Unfortunatelly it was closed so we couldn’t see the inside.

I saw lots of Neptune fountaine in different cities and wanted to visit this one, too. This Baroque fountain is in the centre, in the Main square. It’s nice, worth some photos. It’s located near famous buildings, like City Hall, Rakoczi-house and St. Nicolas Concathedral.

Unfortunately we were late so we could not enter the palace to see the museum. But we could admire the exterior. The palace is definitely the most beautiful building of the main square.

The wooden church from village Zboj was built in 1706. It has traditional three- sections, four- room structute (the nave, the sanctuary, the seats and the choir). It is one from two churches situated in open- air museum of Bardejov spa.

Florian Gate is a characteristic point to take pictures in Bardejov. In the Middle Ages, there were 22 bastions, barbans, three gates and a moat. Each bastion was associated with another craftsman's guild. Saint Florian, to whom the gate was dedicated, was a martyr.

Backpacking through Slovakia & I noticed that this statue did not have a single photo to showcase it. It is a 30 second walk off the main road & is in the front of a church with twin clock towers (pictured in my photos) that is worth the step off of the road. Enjoy!
