Nice personnel, good equipment and reasonable prices.
We needed boots, skis, poles and helmets for 6 persons from 4 to 58 years, for one week, and warm winter clothes for one family member, whose suitcase didn’t arrive.
We got all the equipment quickly, even though we went to Levi in a busy period.
The equipment was in good condition, clean and varying from almost brand new to fairly new.
The return and payment went smooth and fast.

We walked through a forest and went to elf school. The elf gave us all a tour of the buildings including Santa’s sauna! The children then sneaked up to the secret cabin and peeked through the window which was very cute. We then had gingerbread and hot juice in the cabin before meeting Santa. There were only 2 families which made it feel like an intimate experience. Each family had a private visit with Santa. I had provided information beforehand which they took care to use in the visit with Santa. The children were given a small gift. We were encouraged to have a photo in the steps of the cabin on the way out and realised afterwards that Mrs Clause is in the window which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed the visit.
