Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I can't add too much to the other reviewers but I will add I would avoid this location during busy tourist season. It's a one way road where you pull over to let others pass and as the village is small, it may get annoying quickly if many people are already there.

This is a charming village to see up in the hills.

Saw this place in transit during a Slovakian heritage tour. It is small and quaint...something to consider if it is on the way between your travel destinations, but not necessarily worth a special trip.

Watch out for traffic along the highways! We needed to get to Vienna from here later that day for a planned evening event, and there was crippling highway gridlock. And there was no accident! Just a lot of cars on a highway with not enough lanes. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Hopefully the tunnel they are building through the mountain will resolve this once completed.

This place offers so many different activities for children that day will just end too early. Next to it is good restaurant with typical Slovak food.

Beautiful place to visit. Accessible from Bodega restaurant, parking there is for free. Nice hike across easy terrain although last meters are bit more difficult. 4 years old made it all the way up and down. It is rather very small waterfall water-wise, only 3 liters per second, but it’s really tall and the whole scenery is awesome. It could be more impressive after rains. It is not well known so hurry up.

There is not too much to do or see in the city of Ruzomberok. This mausoleum was a pleasant surprise.
The mausoleum is closed and the body of Andrej Hlinka is no longer there either. Nazi's potentially removed it.
Nevertheless, it is still a building worth to see.

A small wooden structure in the middle of a square in a wooden village is characteristic of Vlkolínec and is one of its dominants.

Church, how many can be found in Slovakia and in neighboring countries. Large, brick, in contrast to wooden houses in the village.
