Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Dr.Prabodha Charuka LokugeColombo, Sri Lanka224 contributionsExtremely different since this has been based a mangrove nature.
Very calm place. Specially families with school children must visit this place.Written 13 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. To enter the park as a local, you need to purchase a ticket for 100 rupees.
Upon entering the park, you can easily forget that you're in Colombo due to its lush greenery and serene environment. A map is available to help guide you through the park's paths, where you can observe various insects, butterflies, and birds. There is also a bird-watching tower, making it an ideal spot for bird photography enthusiasts.
Benches are provided throughout the park for visitors to relax. The best time to visit is between 6:30 and 7 AM, when you can see a lot of birds. The park is well-maintained, and wedding photography services are available—just be sure to book in advance if you plan to take advantage of that.
Overall, I highly recommend Diyasaru Park as an excellent greenery retreat near the bustling city of Colombo.Written 13 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It alone possesses legislative supremacy and thereby ultimate power over all other political bodies in the island. It is modeled after the British Parliament.
It consists of two hundred and twenty-five (225) members known as Members of Parliament (MPs). Members are elected by proportional representation for five-year terms, with universal suffrage. Parliament reserves the power to make all laws.
The President of Sri Lanka has the power to summon, suspend, prorogue, or terminate a legislative session and to dissolve the Parliament. The Speaker or, in his absence the Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Committees or the Deputy Chairman of Committees, presides over Parliament.Written 29 December 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - YDSSydney, Australia24 contributionsWe hired a Toyota Premio for 10 days while we were in Colombo. The vehicle was delivered to and picked up from where we were staying while in Colombo at an additional nominal fee of LKR 1500/- . The vehicle was comfortable and in good condition. We travelled out of Colombo to Ella, Nallathanniya and Hatton and the car did well on these roads and was very fuel efficient. Will certainly use Rajagiriya Tours when ever we go back to Colombo.Written 10 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Celine K1 contributionFor two weeks we've travelled through Sri Lanka with Danuka as our guide. Beyond his professionalism, Danuka’s friendly demeanor made him great company. He entertained us with fascinating stories about Sri Lanka, made great suggestions for our trip, and simulaneously left enough room for (sometime last minute) adaptations in our planning. I would recommend Danuka to anybody excited to explore the beautiful country of Sri Lanka!Written 14 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
