- Artur Z1 contributionOne of the best Polish ski resorts. You can find all the slopes: red, black and blue. Good snow conditions last for several winter months. In the resort you will find several chairlifts and a gondola lift.

It had been a cloudy and windy and wet fall afternoon. I ordered "begos" with bread and a double espresso. Both were good. Only flaw was ordering at a cash register and getting plates delivered to our table. Felt a bit like a cafeteria at restaurant prices. Otherwise everything was fine. It wasn't crowded when we arrived so we could choose a window seat. When we left people were lining up. Waiting quietly. Currently undergoing refurbishment it's main purpose is to be a spa hotel with many mineral water based treatments available. The front of the building has been let to local shops selling everything from local produce to huge range of chocolates. After WWII and all of the post-war trouble in souther Poland this become a catholic church. Fantastic object on highest hill in the village, visible from every corner of the valley. Usually open to tourists offers calmness and chill in hot season. Polychrome dated 1960-s with full though slightly catholic customised orthodox iconostasis. One of many wooden marvels in southern Małopolskie region, on "Wooden architecture trial" organised by Małopolskie tourist board.
