It is a beautiful bay in midst of pine trees, small but very nice with a small beach bar and close by restaurant. All in ”Mar menor”, the inner sea which means temperature is warmer than normal sea. Very beautiful sunsets.
Only shame is that people throw sooo much garbage on the beach and municipality or beach bar does not seem to clean much. With all the plastic in the sea these days I am surprised that people do not think more….

A brief heart-stopping drive over a lovely old bridge: not much beyond, but some beautiful villas and, if you’re lucky, flamingos.

It was a beautiful sunny day so none better than to browse the lovely boats and yachts on view while moored up in the marina.

We had a great evening with our daughters 6 and 7,they had a ball on the bumper boats and trampolines, the only ride they weren't allowed on was the faster carts, they still enjoyed the motorised bikes and slower carts.
We bought 75 pekes for €50 and most rides were 3 pekes so we still have some left for another visit! You pay €1 deposit for the card they put the “pekes“ on.

Went to visit this little cove as we were told it was very popular. Yes it was and us very popular with tourist and locals. It has everything a beach goers can ask for. It has a cool area as well, so if your hot on the sunny sandy beach you can stroll just meters away and take cover under the trees were it is cool.
It has life guards toilets and a bar cafeteria area and picnic area. Great place to visit.

Great set up and new track layout but a bit expensive went for the F500 carts at 40 euros a go not that fast tyres knackered and only had about 6-8 laps not really worth the money. I suppose max I'd pay next time is 25 euros a go

I visited La Manga mar Manor on 8th May 2015. I was a guest in the Apartment of a friend. In front of our Apartment was the sea and 5 minutes on the opposite side of the road was the Lake. It is truely a little gem! It was early in the season, and had few restaurants open. There is also a great Spar for all your needs. However, to get around you need a car. It is about 45 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. La Manga itself is a 20km stretch - An isthmus I believe. So clear, unspoilt and totally relaxing. Beach is cleaned daily to remove seaweed! The lake area is totally safe as it is never too deep. If it's windy on one side then all you need is to go to the other!! I will go back.
