Went to a number of the vista points that give you great views of the mountains and valleys.

During with the whole lake is frozen , you can hike around it following a trail .or go across it. Bring a towel so that they can play at the water's edge in warm weather. - Peter POberdrauburg, Austria7 contributionsGreat tour - was elected bicycle-path of the year by a dutch cyclist-journal in 2018 or so. In Italy great parts on the tracks of an abandoned railway.
Usually done from Salzburg to Grado. (Do not underestimate the part from Villach to Tarvisio! 300m of ascent.)
Transport ist provided @ the steep part from St. Johann to Bad Gastein.
What is disturbing is that sometimes the signs are scarce and one lands in the pampas....

- Irimie FBudapest, Hungary110 contributionsWe did this trip from MT lussari, with childrens of 3 and 6 took around of hour the way till the end of Forest, at an elevation of ~1700. From here I continued only with son of 6 year old (but well experienced in climbing) another hour up to elevation of ~2000 meter. It is not an easy terrain, don't do it if you are not some experienced into high mountains. Be sure about you have necessary clothes and bots, enough water. It is a very nice route.
