What travellers are saying
- Dave451Andalucia, Spain79 contributionsA typical pleasant Spanish plaza, with nice bars/restaurants on the periphery. Unfortunately, they allow some parking in the plaza, which takes away from the charm (and is unusual for plazas in Spain).Written 13 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- lobbmcfarland@comcast.netLewes, Delaware38 contributionsWe were walking thru the streets of Zafra and came upon the Museo Santa Clara. It is a municipal museum. We only paid a donation as the city graciously gives anyone free access The chapel was the first thing we saw. It was beautiful. As we continued I was amazed at all of the Medieval art that they had on display. I was so impressed by their collection. This was a great unplanned visit and it turned out to be a great experience!!Written 17 June 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- joannasinboxLondon157 contributionsJust behind it's bigger and more popular sister - Plaza Grande.

Upstairs is a museum with lots of tools and carts used in the trade from long ago. Lots of certificates, paintings And awards achieved! And the best surprise of all there is a bull ring on top of the building. Hard to believe! Amazing!Written 27 September 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DebbybcnPittsburgh, PA286 contributionsSignificant famous paintings inside this historic church. Free to enter and worth a visit. Lovely old building. Dont miss this when visiting Zafra.Written 16 October 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Andy CSouthend-on-Sea, UK210 contributionsA good way to see Zafra is to pick up the leaflet from the Tourist Office. It is a walking route around the town with marked attractions along the way. This arch I think is the old entrance into the town which leads on to Plaza Chica. Note the footprint in the arch which was used as an old measurement.Written 12 December 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- SheffieldPipSheffield, UK1,106 contributionsWe were staying in the Hotel Adarve, which is almost attached to the Arco Del Cubo on the left hand side, so we walked through this area into the old town. Well worth a visit.Written 7 October 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
