    Best way to travel
    This is the best way to travel in New Orleans. My daughters and I love the streetcar. It is especially wonderful during the beginning of Spring and the end of Fall. With the windows down, the weather gives you perfect natural air conditioning.

    The best!
    As we spent our last morning in NOLA, I called Riverbend to see if we could have a tour through the Garden District then be dropped at the airport and it was hands down the best way to end our trip. Heather, the office manager, was quick to pull together our request and made it work perfectly for us with the best driver and tour guild. She was patient and understanding when my bank blocked our payment (travel rules, sheesh) and ensured it was taken care of without additional stress. Our driver stopped for me at a bucket list mural and our tour guild let the conversations flow based on what she could tell my interests were. They were both collaborative with each other and we could tell they were both very comfortable providing their own tidbits of facts and info. Not only did our guild insist on taking photos for us, she shared so many interesting facts and pointed out things we would have missed if we were on a walking tour/on our own. We quickly made our way to airport when the tour wrapped (and we had a bio break, thank you John!) and had the smoothest experience with drop off thanks to our driver. Highly highly recommend Riverbend for your transportation and tour needs in NOLA, you will not be disappointed!

    Scared to death
    Last minute opening brought me here. A friend had posted pictures and I thought that if they could do it, I could. Sixty foot climb to the first platform, and it was too much fun to go to the second. Going to the third was good. My fear almost claimed me, but I did it!

    So Fun!
    This was my first time being on a public bus and it was so fun! It was clean, the driver drove quite well, and it was handicap accessible.

    Awesome Value-add to a great trip
    We had a large group (11 people)
    It was great to have a reliable driver, who was on-time and very helpful with local suggestions. He even connected us with another driver when he was unable to accommodate a last minute request. Highly recommend.

    Top Notch Transportation!
    We had been looking for roundtrip transportation to Caesar's Superdome for an event, and also wanted the vehicle to wait in a lot to make it easier when we exited after the event. We reached out to several companies for pricing and information, and Dwayne promptly responded to all our questions. We cannot say the same of the other companies we reached out to, who were not responsive at all (some of whom we had used in the past). Dwayne provided the driver's name and contact information prior to the scheduled date, and also provided his own telephone number if we needed to reach out. Our driver, Emmanuel, arrived early and was considerate, courteous and friendly, assisting all the passengers both getting in and out of the van. The van was clean and the a/c was at the right temperature. He was waiting for us when returned hours later and, despite all the traffic, we got back to our hotel quickly, using his knowledge of the area to avoid the congestion. We will use Prime Transit for all our transportation needs whenever we are in New Orleans, and we highly recommend their services. Thank you Dwayne and Emmanuel.

    a lot of fun
    Took a five-hour tour of a plantation outside of New Orleans with gray line bus service. The driver was Ken who was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of New Orleans life. Well versed on local history,geography,local culture and customs. Learned a lot and truly laughed a lot. a wonderful tour guide. Would highly recommend tours with him.

    Book NOW!!
    Big E and his lovely wife were the ultimate duo for our transportation needs. They greeted with a lovely sign, escorted us to the vehicle, took some great pictures and even had a very nice set up for champagne. Great conversation the whole trip, with some good recommendations for places to try. I highly recommend this service for a private transfer. This is a black owned business that has been passed down generations, that in itself should tell you the quality of service to expect. Book here, you won’t be mad you did :)

    Simply the Best!
    After reading lots of reviews for airport transportation in New Orleans, we chose Bernard Transportation. We definitely made the right choice! Reuben Bernard and Harold are professional, prompt, and delightful to spend time with in the van. Their pricing is fair, too. We always received quick responses to texts, calls, and emails. (They also spoiled us with a gift bag.) Smiles and hugs all around...we will always call on them when visiting New Orleans again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    Best pedicab EVER!
    This was the best pedicab ride I’ve ever been on, and I go on a lot of them! My chauffeur, Barry, was so nice! He knew a ton about the area, gave me a few recommendations, and we laughed. I had an hour to get to my destination and Barry was kind enough to take me down some side streets to look at the architecture. Such a pleasant ride. I felt the price was reasonable, and I will call Barry every chance I get on this trip!

    WHO DAT TRANSPORTATION & TOURS
    We needed transportation to and from the French Quarter and also to the Pier to catch our Cruise Ship. An Uber Driver recommended Who Dat and it was the best recommendation ever. Mikal Waldei is the owner/operator and he has a very nice, large, extremely clean, extremely comfortable and smooth riding van. There were 11 people (plus luggage) in our group and it more than accommodated all of us with room to spare. His fees were very reasonable to and from the French Quarter. His fees to and from the Pier is $8.00/person (no luggage) and $12.00/person (with luggage). Any other form of transportation is a lot more expensive and not nearly as comfortable as Who Dat. On top of all this, Mikal provided very interesting information on our trips. He is a class act and will take great care of you and your luggage. Highly recommended by all in our group.
