Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely amazing! The talent is unbelievable, and the storytelling is genius! The band, the dancers, and the actor playing Michael were just incredible. This show is amazing.

I thought we’d be disappointed going during the day instead of at night to see the lights. But it was fun.
We stopped in Sardis to see the caricatures, tried to find a charger at the Target and then followed the sea of humanity up the red steps to people watch for a bit.
Lots going on. We avoided the characters and the ‘Trump promoting naked cowboy’ and watched the dancers from a far as well as people from all over the world and all the ads on screens. A little less than an hour was plenty. We began in Bryant Park and left by subway to the peaceful High line.

Theater's great and Wicked is amazing! I love the story anyhow, and the performances didn't disappoint. Made me wish I was in NYC longer so I could see more Broadway shows! If you're thinking about going, do it!

The Broadway theater on Broadway is spacious and beautifully and ornately decorated. It is a wonderful setting to enjoy a show - I saw the Great Gatsby - superb!

We went to Neil Simon Theater to see MJ the musical. It is a beautiful theater. The show exceeded expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job, moving a lot of people in and out of the theater.

Amazing show. The vocals of the cast were outstanding. The costumes, effects and lights were superb. Had seen it years ago in London and on Broadway but was as if it was the first time. Truly unforgettable.

Amazing uplifting experience. I went having always wanted to visit since reading the cross and switch blade book. The worship was outstanding. It felt like being at a concert however the leader did a great job at trying to encourage congregation to take part. Preaching was powerful as well. Will most definitely return if I am so blessed to come back to NYC

I saw Harry Potter and the Cursed child at the Lyric theatre. The show was magical and the entire theatre was transformed for the show.

I saw a matinee at the Winter Garden Theatre. The theatre itself is very good but the ladies rooms need to be renovated. Also the ladies rooms are on the same level as the entrance and consequently the line during intermission extends to inside the theatre!

We saw Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. The show was fantastic! I cannot wait to go back and see another Broadway show. We had seats in the area of G 17- through 23 and the view was fine for us. The seating is tight.. just small seats and not a lot of legroom. So if you’re a tall person, you may want to get an aisle seat.

Simply outstanding with amazing vocals. Our daughters loved it and then our son enjoyed it too. You get what you pay for and it’s not cheap because it’s great.😌

Theater was nice outside and inside. Saw Sweeney Todd here in May during the final weekend. Seating was quick and efficient. Sound was good but not too loud. Temperature was ideal and staff mostly friendly and helpful. As with most theaters, bathrooms and bar were chaotic during intermission, but that’s common with theaters built in the early 1900s. Leaving was a bit tough since the stage door was not far from the entrance/exit and there were a lot of people waiting so exiting the theater was a bit slow. Sadly the show ended on May 5 but I’d definitely see another show here in the future. Also, it’s right across the street from the Marriott where we stayed so it was extremely close.

Easy walk from our hotel The Edison. Safe and just off Times Square. Mezzanine seats provided perfect view and audio.

They have an interesting coed bathroom options where you walk behind men at urinals to get to toilet stalls. Not terrible - just interesting. :)
