Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The theater and show were amazing! This was a bucket list item for me, and I was thrilled to attend with my husband and four friends. Everything was spectacular and phenomenal!!!

We had the experience to watch La Traviata at the Met. We had arranged to park underground under the Met through the parking website. That worked out great as the walking distance was much less than expected. The opera was amazing as was the cast. The costumes were colorful and the singing was exceptional. The LCD translator found within the seat in front wrote out the words that was being sung.
It was nice to see people dressed up for this occasion. Great opera and great time had.

We enjoyed a performance of the timeless traditional Madame Butterfly at the Metropolitan Opera. It was a beautiful night with great friends

The Connelly is a popular off-Broadway venue for non-profit theater companies. We came here for Amore Opera's production of Don Giovanni. Despite the bleacher-style seating, we were extremely comfortable and had a great view of the stage and orchestra pit. It's a splendid informal venue for all kinds of theater productions.
