    Hallett Nature Sanctuary is pristine wilderness within Central Park segregated from human intervention. Here the walk through the natural wilderness gives you a sense of the historic wild habitat that preceded the building of this great city New York and the importance of Central Park

    Wow! What A Nice Park!
    A wonderful, large park just to the East of Sugar Hill in Upper Manhattan. Beautiful trees and a giant swimming pool that wasn't open when we were there but looks like an amazing resource for the neighborhood. Highly recommend if you are nearby!

    Wonderful small park at the edge of 125th Street near Columbia Campus
    Don't miss the West Harlem Piers Park at the end of 125th Street near the new extension of the Columbia Campus. It has the most breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the Palisades, the coolest breezes on a hot day and a nice place to sit down.

    There is some interesting art work in the park that you should see and it is a nice place to take your lunch and eat it by the river. It is just a nice place to relax and enjoy the views.

    Don't miss this natural wonderful with cool breezes and amazing views
    Muscota Marsh is a natural cove developed by Columbia University and the City of New York and sits on the edge of Inwood Hill Park. Landscaped with native grasses and trees it attracts all sorts of wild life and acts as a natural cleansing agent to river water that passes through.

    It is a very picturesque place with trees surrounding the cove and the Columbia University Rowing Team buildings on the other side so you can watch the team practice during the season.

    It is a place of calm and tranquility in a very busy City and should not be missed when visiting Inwood Hill Park.
