Molly was a brilliant guide - she was funny, very knowledgeable & could be heard easily both inside & outside on the ship. There was plenty of time to take good photos, & this tour took us up the East River to beyond Brooklyn Bridge & back.

- shar0nsweSurrey, UK120 contributionsVisited in January and it was lovely as there weren't any queues and we had plenty of time to walk around without crowds of people and didn't have to book a slot and was able to walk straight in. The museum is well set up and presented. It's very surreal seeing the exhibits, especially boots and helmets of the fireman that sadly lost their lives. Whilst we clearly remember the tragedy, we also learned some interesting facts, especially the "Boat lift" where 100's of boats of all shapes and sizes evacuated people off Manhatten who were desperate to get away. The film, narrated by Tom Hanks was so interesting and we didn't realise that had happened in such a large scale. There's so much to see and some quite sad reading but worth a visit and take plenty of time. - Alexander B1 contributionWe went to the top of the rock on Jan 1st. When we came to the entrance we were greeted by a gentlemen, if I’m remembering correctly his name was Marin. Marin has greatly contributed to our satisfaction and enjoyment from the visit not only of the Top of the rock, but NY all together. I’m sure I will remember our interaction more than I will remember the views. From the beginning he was very welcoming and family like friendly to us. The way he helped us with our tickets and our way to the top was something I could never expect. His service has became an example of how I want to act in my workplace. Only downside is we were charged more money when we got there as the wait was so long. We got a city pass ticket, they then charge you extra to go there and then. It was 15degrees F(-9C) , sitting upper deck was beyond imagination. After trip I couldn't feel my finger.
But Michael was entertaining, funny , humorous to forget the weather.
His knowledge around NYC was marvellous knowing all the little details.
