Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We used the ferry to get to see our friend in Provincetown, and it was an uneventful and on time crossing in both directions. We discovered that the company also runs a water taxi across the harbour for those wanting to access the Logan Airport or the Hyatt hotel. This was a bonus and saves the road taxi journey which can take a long time in busy periods. On board drinks and snacks are available, but the journey is so short that purchases are not really necessary.

Take the Ferry from Hingham Shipyard to Boston. It's a great way to see the harbor and the city from the water. It beats crowded trains and buses. You can even have a drink on board.

The service was wonderful! It was a bit confusing getting to the pickup location, but after that, all was great! Great service, great people.

We just returned from a 7 day cruise on Norwegian Dawn, out of San Juan to Barbados, Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Maarten and St. Thomas.
This was our first cruise so we have nothing to compare it with, but our experience with the Dawn was mostly positive. We did find the layout somewhat confusing, but that was the only negative aspect.
The food was good to exceptional. The Venetian, Cagney's Steakhouse and La Cucina were outstanding, and O'Sheehan's and Aqua also very good.
The staff were also exceptional; including our steward (Gusti), all of the servers, entertainers and front desk personnel.
We'll certainly look at cruising with Norwegian again, although we'll probably look at other NCL ships next time.
