- Merel1 contributionIt was an amazing week, had a tour trough the city and we went to the skydeck to see the city from above. They helped us setting a bank account and gave us a SIM card for our phones. We went on a roadtrip to Philips Island and saw pinguïns and wallaby’s and went surfing!

It is a Small and relaxing lounge with a very limited range of food although tasty. Replenishment of food is not very often and the tables were left full of empty plates etc although they were not busy which was disappointing. - Jody SNew York7 contributionsSadly, we did not know that the Penguin Parade on Phillip Island wasa ticketed event and it was sold out the day we were able to go. Although Mark tried his best, he was unable to secure tickets. So this is not a review of the tour, it is a review of Mark’s time and effort to try to create an alternate tour agenda for us. - Kimberley O2 contributionsThe trip was very well organised, was shocked at what was included, fed pretty much everyday, informative tour around Melbourne, had a 2 day trip to Philip island and mount Martha which was amazing, got to see a penguin parade, fed kangaroos and saw koala bears. Lauren was our tour guide and she was amazing the whole time, radiant and joyful at any hour, kept us entertained and showed us all the hotspots of Melbourne. She was a delight to be around, made our trip extra special and made us grateful we chose Melbourne to come to.
