Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely small farm to visit and feed the animals. The shop has lots of fresh produce and an antique section too. Nice day out for people with kids

We had a fantastic day at Cornstown House. Fionnuala and Dominic were very welcoming. The Alpaca Trek was great fun, for all ages. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back.

They also have workshops for basket weaving and some concerts, which looks like great fun.

I often wondered about the statue of the horse in Ashbourne. I looked it up recently and discovered Arkle was trained by Tom Dreaper in Ashbourne hence the reason for the statue in Ashbourne. Arkle was a unbeatable horse and Pat Taffee was his famous jockey shown on the statue of the horse. Arkle was kidnapped and never found. The statue was unveiled on the 19th of April 2014.
It is a memorial to a famous horse, trainer and jockey.

One of the Best Little Local Pubs in Ireland. A great place to bring the Family to watch a Footbal or Rugby match. Staff are great, Very Friendly. Can't wait till it reopens after Covid.

Filthy badly run dump . Always filthy even after a clean up . Insist on asking people to leave rubish on floor. Instead of using a bin when movie is over . Definite h&s issues. With food scattered every where . Broken toilets and taps. . Don't bother booking tickets just walk in no one checks anyway and as for management they are useless . Kids running the place . This used to be a nice place to bring kids to movies not any more.

Had a brilliant day with Dominic and Fionnula who were the most friendly and down to earth hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

I'd highly recommend for anyone with an interest in animals or nature to visit Cornstown House and Farm a visit as the Alpaca trek was a really fun and memorable experience!
