#1 of 99 Food & Drink in Portland
We learned tons about Portland people, food and drink.
We had a relaxing and informative day in Willamette Wine Country visiting wineries and an olive oil and herbal product proprietor, and also tasting some great local, organic Oregonian food.

We had plenty of time at each of the wineries to relax while enjoying the scenic views, and at one stop, we had the most wonderful platter of food to pair with the wine, compliments of A Great Oregon Wine tour.
Wayne worked with myself to come up with the perfect plan for the day to see and drink the best things the Oregon coast had to offer.

He is the go to guy if you want food and drink recommendations too.
Take the the time to learn the districts, the transport options, the food and the history of Portland Adam, our guide, had a great sense of humour and his knowledge of how Portland worked was just great.

Thank you so much to Alicia for being a fantastic guide - knowledgeable without being a 'know-it-all' and definitely knew the Portland food and coffee scene inside out.
All of the coffee we got to drink throughout the tour at each of the stops was varied, and there were also some delicious pastries.

... lunch from the Red Hills Market and enjoying it at Vista Hills winery while tasting wines and looking at the great scenery and sitting in front of the fire was just a great way to enjoy food, drink, and friends!
He also knew everything about the mountain, from the trails to the best food options.

We had a yummy lunch at one of the food truck pods and then headed up to see all the falls.
He asked us what kinds of wine we prefer to drink so to make it more personal and not a stuffy rehearsed speech.

It was a great introduction to Portland and it's food and we had some amazing food and drink.
I have high praise for Angie & her friendliness, knowledge, range of food-cart choices, and her amazing talent of parallel parking so close to each "pod".

We were able to bring beer and wine but also food on board so it was just like a happy hour for us but on the river, on a nice day and WAY more fun!
This is the perfect combination of enjoying a drink with friends and getting out on the river.

In addition to the fresh berries, fruits, veggies, and flowers, there is a wealth of variety in terms of food venders - seafood, cheeses, sausages, breads, pies, sweets...
Besides all the produce, cheeses, roasted hazelnuts (my favorite -- I took them to Portugal and I had one per day to make them last as longer as possible), the food booths offered us the best brunch in town!

plus we found a great pizza place to get food after the tour.
After this tour we have at least 10 new places we want to visit for dinner/ a drink!

Wonderful market full of all kinds of farm raised produce, meats, cheeses, honey, fresh flowers and food stands serving up tamales, baked goods and more.
There are so many vendors - vegetables, berries, fruits, pastries and cookies, fermented products, crafts - and a variety of food vendors.

He took us to 2 vineyards then stopped at Red Hills Market which has, local, fresh, natural food, for lunch.
He knows everybody and also picked up lunch for us, which we ate one of the wineries (many won't let you bring food BTW - consider DePonte if you want to do that...).

I know that sounds strange... but sometimes you want good food and drink and a happy hour price with other families with kids.
We also split a burger with cheese & applewood smoked bacon -- out if this world!! Everyone here is so friendly -- the drink menu is extensive and it's all just amazing!!

5 stars for unique experience, good audio and visual, excellent comfort, terrific food, and a clean theater.
Love to be able to wander and explore with drink in hand, and wake up to some of the best coffee around.

Around the country Rogue may be known for their sometimes very direct and in your face approach to beer, which is very much enjoyed by me, but their food is also amazing.
Thumbs up to the basil gin drink too.

It was great not to have to drive/drink while wine tasting and its more fun by far to take this cool 40s bus around rather than a typical bus or van.
