What travellers are saying
- John HNewbury, UK31 contributionsA really very interesting place. Very informative about the company that were a significant employer in the area. And one that was obviously very successful in its time. Some technical items to keep me happy and some items about the people who worked there which interested my wife.
And the staff were friendly and helpful as well. A casual conversation inspired by to visit the nearby Sizewell beach which is a lovely unspoiled beach and somewhere I would not have otherwise visited.Written 13 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Mike BBedford, UK7 contributionsThis could be a mainstream museum if it weren't tucked away on the Suffolk coast. Fantastic array of Hondas from the first production model. Could do with more space if anything. Very friendly and helpful staff.Written 23 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Maps542837530994 contributionsWhat a wonderful experience. Lovely staff. The cleanest toilets of any cinema. Fabulous comfy seats with tons of leg room. What’s not to love!!!!Written 4 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- John R99 contributionsPrior booking is essential and not everyone qualifies to visit. The visit was divided into two parts: a presentation and a walk in safety gear around the site. There is no access by public transport and there is no access to see the nuclear pile. The turbine room is very impressive and seeing the water intake with a friendly gull eating the fish enchanting. They aim to show it is both safe and necessary and I think they succeed.Written 11 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- RockyJohnnyBSaffron Walden, UK286 contributionsWe hit a rainy but muggy day during our holiday in Westleton, and decided to find a pool for a swim. Leiston Leisure Centre is either new or recently refurbished, and we were very impressed with the clean, modern reception and changing rooms. There is a warm teaching pool (0.8m deep), next to a colder but bigger and deeper (0.9m to 2.0m) main pool. Good layout, clean, and we enjoyed our visit.Written 28 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- LARDYIMPLincoln, UK135 contributionsThis Pub is so friendly from the staff to the locals. Made us ‘visitors’ feel very welcome. Sandra took a phone call enquiry from me and was just brilliant from them on.
Great tasting ale added to making the experience such a joy, including setting up Sky just for us so we could watch the football and cheer on my team.
Thank you and we vow to return. On to Wembley now 😊Written 22 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Lisa W1 contributionLove this pub , excellent service from real people. - Birgit L1 contributionReally impressive beer, great hospitality and very generous portions. We had a great time at the tasting experience, Uli knows his stuff and is a great host, too. A must experience. Top quality beers. We have bought the lot and will be back for more for sure.Written 3 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
