- Kira L2 contributionsWe got this tour through Nevis Estate and it was totally worth it. The tour was very informative and really made me appreciate all the work that goes into making alcohol. It was also great to sample various products before buying. The staff were very friendly and we also got to learn about various events they host including the moonshine festival. If you care about supporting Canadian businesses then this place is a great visit! The first couple of floors are rooms that have been furnished to period times (19th Century) and the top floor contains exhibits that relate to the area. An interesting place to visit to get a flavour of the local history and culture. The staff is very friendly and will help with any questions. The exhibit is well curated and certainly worth visiting if you are interested in history. The art is very varied and ranges in price. The exterior of the building is well preserved and the inside has been well maintained.
