What travellers are saying
- Jeanne722Orlando, FL94 contributionsWe camped in our trailer 3 nights on this beautiful property, and took a guided tour of the farming operations. The land is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around and watching the animals. The livestock is very well cared for, and the property had wildflowers blooming everywhere.Written 6 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Jerry OAsheville, NC19 contributionsWe love the MTB trails at Jackrabbit. They are fast and flowing, and fun for every skill level. The Campground is very nice, and perfect for a weekend stay to take full advantage of the trails. It’s only minutes from Hiawassee, and some very good restaurants.Written 29 November 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Greenlee5 contributionsMy husband and I visited today for the first time. We were immediately greeted by Laura, the manager. She was in the middle of a tasting with another couple, but gave us sheets to look over and check off which wines we wanted to sample. The place is super cute! Laura was really knowledgeable and a fantastic hostess! You choose 6 wines to sample for 8 dollars! Very fair price! After the tasting, we each chose a glass to take out on the outdoor patio. The views were amazing and we had a really great time! Laura came out to check on us and told us about the upcoming music events beginning the end of this month! We will DEFINITELY be back! Just an amazing atmosphere and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Thank you to Laura for a wonderful experience!Written 9 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Wander7830713 contributionsWe took a trip here as part of the Quanassee Path and the kids loved it! The guide is very knowledgeable and the museum has some really unique features. It is inside an old jail and still has the original cells and stairwell. On the backside of the building they attached an old doctor's cabin. Original floors, windows etc. You walk right into a time capsule and can imagine being in there with a patient.Written 18 November 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- BeachMamaCommerceGACommerce GA39 contributionsWe saw The Return (a Beatles tribute band) here in November 2019. House was a packed and the group had all of us singing and on our feet. The members of The Return as very much like the real Beatles. We ill go again when vacationing in the area.Written 8 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Andrea RAtlanta, Georgia, United States18 contributionsThere was a festival the day we visited so crowd was large and parking was scarce. Still an educational experience.Written 9 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- CharMacRiFlorida28 contributionsVisited "Not So Buried Treasure" and had a ball looking at all the treasures. The shop is clean, well organized, reasonably priced and the items are nicely displayed. The collection of items is varied with a mix of country, holiday, furniture, home decor and glassware. I love looking at items that bring back so many memories, and even purchased an item from my hometown in New England! The owner is so nice and friendly I enjoyed chatting with her. And oh! the smell of the candles she was burning was wonderful. I highly recommend shopping here.Written 30 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kelly DCoastal South Carolina, SC109 contributionsWe enjoyed looking through all the local art. The owner was there and was very friendly and even gave us tips on where to have lunch. Good selection of pottery, local paintings, nice woodwork, felting, and more.Written 16 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Berry112008Fernandina Beach, FL247 contributionsThis is small but quaint little store, however the prices on their so called antiques and such are unreasonable expensive. I guess we can chalk that up to these home shows where everything is over rated.Written 2 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- SusieCameronCameron157 contributionsA friend told me about Goldhagen and suggested we go there. I called before going to be sure when he was open and blowing glass.
We went and were excited to see David Goldhagen blowing his glass making an Angel and a large ruffle-edged bowl. We were the only people there other than him and his assistant. We sat in plastic chairs about 10 feet from him and he explained each process as he was doing it. What a great view of him working the glass. The process is fascinating.
Afterwards we viewed his sales shop upstairs and then the other area downstairs. So beautiful to see all the items after seeing how they were made.
Please call him before going so you can see him at work. He often is away at art festivals and exhibits. You really want to be able to see him working.
Remember, if you o, you are in a working studio. Watch where you walk.Written 20 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - shortnsweet1 contributionWe came to the area for a family vacation and this was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Johnny was a wonderful guide and is very engaging with everyone. Our horses (Doc, Rango, Star, and Dallas) were handsome boys. We were lucky to be able to take the waterfall trail, as it has limited tours, and it is definitely not an easy one. We aren't very experienced riders and we were definitely warned before we started, but we didn't understand the difficulty until we were in the thick of it. You definitely can't say we weren't warned, though. Johnny gave us a rundown on how to ride before we started and what to expect on the ride. The area was absolutely beautiful and I can only imagine how it looks when it's all bloomed. We were told the story of how the stables were named after the mountain, Chunky Gal. We had such a fun time. We definitely recommend Chunky Gal Stables!Written 18 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Davina JDeLand, FL338 contributionsThe group I am with have been golfing here for years. I joined them two years ago and love golfing here. The staff is friendly and professional. Hole 17 is by far the toughest one fir me but then again I’m a beginner. But I love it! It is now calmed Mountain Harbor.Written 12 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tom AEllijay, GA437 contributionsMolly & Me Antiques is a surprising little store in Hayesville full of better quality antiques with reasonable prices. They are much large inside than they appear from the outside. The staff is very nice and willing to suggest other stores and attractions in the area. Very clean and well lit.Written 9 October 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- hmonsourPalm City, FL7 contributionsLove this little Friends of the Library bookstore right in downtown Andrews! You can always find something interesting on the shelves and the prices are unbeatable. It is a great way to support the local library too!Written 22 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
