Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The view is awesome and you can see North Conway center from this location!!!Written 23 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - luv2travel27917Norfolk, Virginia, USA7 contributionsAs an older couple, hiking in the mountains hasn't been our thing. But to the baths, is an easy hike, hubby was being stubborn, but he came along with me and they didn't disappoint us. He said he liked this kind of thing, walking in the woods as long as it is flat. LOL Great walk for the kids!!Written 14 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SinatralisRocky River, OH638 contributionsWe had some snow on the ground the day we did this hike and it was not bad. It’s an easy hike in and back. Worth the trip to see the falls as they are beautiful. The gate to walk close to the falls is close this time of year due to the snow and ice but you can still get close enough to see them. It’s very peaceful. I’m very quiet.Written 21 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- kristinpointEast Hampton, NY13 contributionsAfter reading some rough reviews of tubing at pretty much all of the local mountains here, I was worried we would have a bad experience. We also were going during a holiday week (week after Christmas) and the area is extra crowded. Cranmore was closest to where we were staying and the kids really wanted to go tubing so I booked tickets for the 9:30-11:30 time slot the night before and hoped for the best. I did take advice from reviews to get there early since it gets busy. My kids like to sleep in (11, 8 and 2.5) so we arrived just at 9:30am and not earlier like I was aiming for. Checking in was a breeze, it was not crowded. The conveyer belt was working seamlessly and the staff were kind and helpful. I couldn’t go since I was pregnant and this was totally manageable for my husband to do with the 3 kids alone. My 2.5 year old rode on his lap. They were able to go down solo, holding tubes x2 and x3. It got more crowded as the time went on but the line was moving quick. Everyone had a blast! It was more on the pricey side, but I think it was worth the money to go to a place with a conveyer since we had a young one who couldn’t carry their own tube. All in all a fun 2 hours! We will be back to ski for sure!Written 30 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- NoraatcSudbury, MA32,595 contributionsSuch a lovely turquoise lake in the mountains! We took an easy one mile loop around it but there are more challenging trails starting at the lake: Bryce Path leads to the Cathedral Ledge this is exactly where you can enjoy one of the most glorious vistas in New Hampshire (you can drive to the Cathedral Ledge, if you don’t want to hike).
The lake has a nice beach, plenty of picnic tables and grills, clean facilities and ample parking.Written 16 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Really gets your heart pumping, but easy enough for the whole family.Written 24 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jcabucioLakeville, MA8 contributionsWe have been to Northern Extremes multiple times. Every time it is perfect from checking in to pulling in on our skis at the end of day.
The trails are always groomed, the skis are in perfect condition and the staff is awesome. There are other places we could go but why take the chance when you know you have a good thing! See you next season!!Written 5 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. However, if you look online in advance and simply target the couple of stores you’d like to check out it’s a great option. We went to Coach, Eddie Bauer, Timberland, and Clark’s. All of them were clean, well staffed, friendly and helpful. Best of all is tax free New Hampshire shopping.Written 29 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- mkkkfamilyLong Beach, NY68 contributionsWe hiked up from the neighborhood below (Bow Lane) but we were renting in the area and accessed the trailhead on foot. Its a little steep in sections, young children may not enjoy, but the views and exploring the rock surfaces on top are terrific. This was my 2nd time and I will likely do it again.Written 11 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jessica MPalmer, MA53 contributionsCute little farm that serves ice cream. Lots of games outside and plenty of animals. They close somewhat early, so make sure you go during the day. Great ice cream.Written 20 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BillyPortland, ME2 contributionsDecent beer and definitely more of a local vibe than a tourist trap. Those two things are sometimes all you need.Written 3 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Christina BLouisiana2,574 contributionsVisiting earlier during the peak foliage time this would be an awesome stop. - MaineMountainOwlMaine287 contributionsThis scenic, safe, grassy, and pleasant public park was in the village’s heart and near the Conway Scenic Railway. Among its amenities were paved paths, benches, a children’s play area, a baseball field, a skating area, a fountain, and nearby clean public restrooms at a community center. Free parking was curbside or in nearby paved lots. We liked all that we found here; we disliked nothing.Written 12 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
