Everything worked out perfect and it was such a relief to not have to worry about one more things. Kevin at Vegas Jeep tours helped us along the way with several questions and he was wonderful.Thanks again for making our trip to Vegas awesome. They called and texted to stay in touch prior to our trip and to arrange delivery, called me back within an hour to make arrangements for pickup at our hotel. There were no additional delivery or pickup charges and they were happy to meet me at what ever time was best for us. My 16 year old had knee surgery a few weeks prior to our trip. - dubaihansen2 contributionsRental check in and support very good. Susanne very helpful and flexible with my ER membership booking. Correct bike available on time and ready to go. On the last day of my ride, I realized that I had made a big mistake with my departing flight out of Vegas. It departed at 0910 and I was scheduled to return the bike at the normal opening time of 0900. I tried rearranging my flights but there were no options. I messaged Susanne and she took care of everything. She arranged to have Trish, from Eagle Rider let me into the shop to collect my suitcase at 0700 and I had a good buddy return the bike at the normal opening time. I arrived on schedule at 0700 as planned with Susanne and Trish was waiting for me. This allowed me to make my 0910 flight and avoid some serious travel headaches. I talked with Ralph two times leading up to our rental and also had e-mailed to get a quote. Since this was our first motorcycle rental and we were flying in from Chicago in January, he answered all my questions. We arrived at his shop by Uber at 8am on a Saturday and he had us on the road with two bikes, paperwork, gear, and some overall directions for our trip in no time. He held our checked bag at the shop. It was easy peasy and a beautiful ride. I had not made previous plans to rent one and when the need came up they were there to deliver and pickup.
