Went on a tour of the Colosseum which allowed us to skip the line and have a guide explain the site. A lot of time was spent during the pandemic renovating the site since there were not visitors. Very interesting visit and recommend the morning and off season to avoid the crowds.

The Basilica de la Sagrada Familia is beyond description; it has to be experienced to fully appreciate. it's glory. It is an absolute must to visit. A good tip is to buy your tickets on line for both entry and a guided tour to avoid the queues. You should allow yourself serval hours. You cannot fail to enjoy.

You can't come to Paris without seeing the Eiffel Tower.

I purchased a ticket in advance with second level access, which worked out with me.

I'm afraid of heights and I wasn't that eager to go to the very tippy top!

It was cold, damp, and drizzling when I got to the second level but it was still an incredible sight.

The place was packed, no surprise, but the crowds won't lessen the enjoyment you'll get from knowing you finally made it to this most iconic of landmarks.

We used the Rick Steves app for several museums in Paris. We felt like it gave us more info than we would have known on our own while making sure we saw the highlights. Our family of 5 all enjoyed our time.

This is an amazing museum. There is so much to see. The ancient art and carvings, the paintings and sculptures, and of course, the Mona Lisa are fascinating.

You must schedule time to see this attraction. We were in the first group of the day entering and it was great. We didn't have to wait in any lines. Crown Jewels are worth seeing alone. Lots of great history here.

The experience of the Ann Frank museum and a walk through her house was brilliant. The outside looks modern and the original rooms have remained in tact within the building. Free audio tour was well planned. Make sure you book in a time to attend I advance as they are strict about the number of people who can enter at the one time. It is open late and even the cold evening tickets in December were sold out in advance.

The sheer beauty of this fountain is not to be missed. Be sure to take some coins to toss over your shoulder and make a wish. You never know it just might come true! it truly is so beautiful I could have spent the whole day just sitting there mesmerized

The highlight is the rooftop. We took the stairs which weren't too strenuous but I was very glad to reach the top! It's the coolest roof top I've ever seen you are literally walking on the sloped roof its great. We were lucky with a clear blue sky day in winter, it felt so calm to be a the rooftop watching the sun go down.

Buying the tickets on line was easy as was collecting the tickets the next day when we arrived at the museum. Not having to line up to actually purchase the tickets was a relief as that line was quite lengthy even though we got there as soon as the place opened.
We also took the audio-guide option that was offered which proved to be invaluable once inside the museum.

The collection is just amazing and I wished we could have stayed longer than we did. The whole museum is so well set out that even when it is busy, you can still take your time and stop to ponder any pieces that catch your eye.

Even if you are not into art, you will truly enjoy a visit to the Prado.

This landmark has so much to absorb! First the history of how and why it was created. Second the storytelling of all regions of Spain. Lastly that is has been a movie set for films like Laurence of Arabia to Star Wars. A place to go back again, for sure!
