Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful place. I was amazed with the architecture of those ancient times. It’s worth spending some time in the line to get the ticket as those are not too pricey. Take your time when looking around.

We went to The Louvre museum in Paris. We went at opening to help avoid the crowds. We bought a time slot ticket of 9:30 on line. We also rented the headphones with the audio tour. Once we got the hang of the buttons, it was definitely worth to do so that as you go through the museum, you enter a number that is attached to the statue or paintings to hear a brief description of the piece. The architecture of the buildings is amazing.

So moving. Brings Anne and her time in the house to life. It’s great that they have preserved so much in the house. Definitely worth a visit when in Amsterdam.

What makes the experience even better is the thoughtful layout and curation. Each exhibit is accompanied by clear, insightful information, making it accessible to everyone, from history buffs to curious first-time visitors. The museum’s architecture, especially the stunning Great Court, adds to the magic of the visit.

And the best part? Admission is free, ensuring that this cultural gem is accessible to all. Whether you have an hour or a whole day, the British Museum is a place you’ll never forget. It’s a must-visit for anyone in London.

    Best family activities all ways.

My visit to the Tower of London was a memorable and enriching experience. The combination of history, architecture, and storytelling made it one of the most captivating attractions I’ve ever explored.
The site can get very crowded, particularly in the Crown Jewels exhibit. Timed entry or stricter crowd management might enhance the experience.

We came here in early January with our 2 kids. We adored all the rides and in early January it was as quiet as a mouse. There wasn’t a piece of in the whole park. We didn’t have any food but it looked okay. I would definitely recommend going with four people as it made the rides so much easier rather than waiting for other people rather than waiting for other people to your party. We loved it so much.

It was a very cold and wet day, but the palace grounds were beautiful. We did the VR tour and it was very informative. Very clean and beautifully set out. The history of the area was well worth hearing and the whole area is vast and I am sure is stunning in the summer months.

We pre booked tickets online. The queue when you arrive is quite large but it moved quickly and the gallery is big enough that it didn’t feel crowded. Certain works of art have more of a crowd but it didn’t detract from the experience. We were still able to see everything. We also had the audio tour which was super informative. We also visited the cafe which was super quick service.

This has been on my wish list to visit for a long time and it did not disappoint. Although in winter mode, the gardens were spectacular in their structure and appearance. The Moorish Nasrid palaces were stunning… fantastic plasterwork, wood and mosaics.

The site was not too busy, weather was dry and breezy, a good day for wandering around. It took us around 3.5 hours to do it justice, and still there were a few corners we missed.

    Tip.. wear good walking shoes.👍

Unbelievable monument, 2000 years old. Marvelous architecture. Ancient Pantheon of Roman Gods transformed into a Catholic temple. Absolutely impressive.
Sober interior but full of historical significance. Contains the tombs of Vittorio Emanuelle II (the father of the Italian homeland) and Umberto I. Of note is the tomb of the famous Rafaello.
What is impressive is the fabulous dome.
Pay attention to the queues to buy tickets. It's worth buying online. 5 Euros

Bought the fast track tickets with lift to the roof for 30EU each. So worth it. We arrived at our chosen time 11:30am and were ushered right in to the lift and up to the roof with amazing views. After taking our time enjoying the entire rooftop, the ticket included access to the entire church including the fascinating basement crypt and the museum across the piazza. Spent about 5 hours in total, very enjoyable.

A must do whilst in Madrid. We had four days in Madrid and visited the park on two separate occasions. A beautiful place to spend an hour or more enjoying a relaxing walk or taking a rowing boat out if you’re feeling a bit more energetic! You can book the rowing boats in advance on the day you’re attending which will save you queue time and also help grab the 45 minute slot you would like if you’re restricted on when you can visit. Retiro metro station has an underpass which takes you directly into the park too..
