What travellers are saying
- Stephanie M1 contributionJulian was a saint and he deserves all the wonderful things in the world. My kiddo is on the spectrum and he was so kind and helpful and patient with her and was basically our shadow while we went through the mega quest. Christina was so kind and helpful and understanding also at the end when we went over our time a bit at the because my kid wanted to do the zip line but froze up for a moment before she decided to go down the zip line.Written 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ayden2 contributionsThis is a great place. Now of course, the market was awesome. They have some bats you can buy, and they are high quality. Our guide for the tour was pretty awesome, she went into detail very much on how everything was made. Also, big baseball bat. Very loud at some parts, little kids might get overwhelmed because of the saws. Overall a pretty short tour. You do get a free souvenir though, great place anyways.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lenzirn15Fort Mitchell, KY15 contributionsMy husband and I had a great time learning about the history of the derby as well as touring the facility. Our tour guide, Max, was very knowledgeable; the museum had many interesting artifacts to explore; and the track itself was beautiful! I would definitely recommend stopping by, and we will certainly return with our son when he is a little older (he is currently 2 with the attention span of a gnat).Written 5 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Holly D2 contributionsEven though it is winter and there are no horses, the museum was amazing and our tours were great. Ferguson was knowledgeable and engaging and made the whole experience that much better! Now I want to come back in the spring!Written 26 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- KarenMagnusMiramar, FL9 contributionsThe Angel’s Envy Distillery is a MUST visit while in Louisville. My husband is a big fan of their bourbons and while I’m not a big drinker, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We learned a lot while on the Private Select Tour and our amazing guide Kelsey was very knowledgeable and she was able to answer our questions. Coincidentally, we were the only ones on the tour at the time (Monday afternoon), which made it even better.
The tour lasted about an hour and we stopped at the bar for a few drinks and the retail store after.
Definitely make sure you save enough time to visit the bar and explore the retail store - they have lots of cool merchandise to select from.
We visited three other distilleries on our trip and this by far was our favorite.Written 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Trey_walkerRaleigh, NC7 contributionsWent to the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience over my spring break on a trip to Louisville. We really enjoyed the experience, and had a great tour guide (Bill). I thought the tour did a good job of incorporating some of the history of Louisville as well as where Evan Williams fit in the bourbon industry. Great experience, worth the time and money.Written 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
