- Donald BDeForest, WI1 contributionExcellent museum. Well presented exhibits and easy to navigate. Even has an iron civil war submarine. As an added attraction the old village next door is fun to walk and see. Staff at museum will answer questions about KY and TN battlefields including neighboring Perryville which had a little known impact on the war in its own right.Written 3 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- K&J1 contributionIf you're looking for a smaller craft bourbon distillery, this place is worth a stop.
The staff and tour guide were friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and very pretty. The tour group was small, which made it easier to hear our tour guide Jim talk and interact with our group. He was knowledgeable, and funny. My husband and I enjoyed our tasting as he walked us through each tastings story. We are looking forward to visiting again as the distillery grows. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.Written 14 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Robert PKentucky153 contributionsI am not a wine person, but my fiance likes wine so we went. It was very enjoyable. The host explained everything we tasted. She explained how the taste varies and it was very informative. - Tom FSylvania, OH325 contributionsThis is a must see stop when in Bardstown. The museum has a great collection of Whiskey history. From stills to old bottles. A great display about prohibition and what lead up to it. How the distilleries work and how sales were made from the 1800's up to modern day.Written 15 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- David SFulton,IL, United States158 contributionsMade this our first stop in Bardstown. We were hoping to get some ideas around town since we were only going to be in town 1 day. We were very disappointed to find know one there. They had all the pamphlets that everyone had including our motel. We are thinking since it was slow in town they took the day off?Written 12 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- PTPTLouisville, KY523 contributionsWhile we didn’t see any ghost, Patti did a good job giving us the history of bardstown, sharing events that have occurred and trying to get the spirits to talk. Read her bio before you go.Written 21 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Our Fork in the Road30 contributionsIt’s amazing this stretch of old cobble stone road has been preserved. As you walk up the road you can imagine what it might have been like in the 1800’s. It’s is a steep walk and the cobble stones have become y level, so take caution as you walk up the hill.Written 25 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
