Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Charles HBronte, Australia97 contributionsAn incredible National Park where the rainforest meets the sea. Beautiful primary rainforest. This place is the true Sumatra, one of the last untouched areas on the island.Written 22 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mama2010Indonesia484 contributionsBeautiful Gigi Hiu Beach but difficult to get there. At the time we visited, there was avalance so we could not pass the road by car, the only way is by motorcycle and takes a few hours from Teluk Kiluan. Luckly, we were able to sight Gigi Hiu from the sea upon returning from dolphin sighting in Teluk Kiluan. This is a much easier access but the boat can not go too near and only scenery picture taking.Written 8 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
