Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beverly Hills is home to some of the world’s most luxuriously shops and boutiques associated with fashion and style. It is also home to one of the world’s best Chocolate factories, which still makes their delicious chocolates by hand. The Edelweiss Chocolate Factory on North Cannon Drive has been in business since 1942. Their chocolates have been enjoyed by chocolate lovers around the world. After spending the day visiting Beverly Hills, paid a visit to this Chocolate Factory prior to heading homeward. As you open the door to the shop, the smell of freshly made chocolate greets you. The aroma is fantastic. It should be noted that the famous TV show “I Love Lucy” in which Lucy Recardo and her sidekick were employed as factory workers was filmed at this location. This small shop, with a pleasant staff is rated outstanding. The staff was more than willing to answer questions and assist me with making a small purchase of chocolates. An assortment of different chocolates (80+) is available for purchase. Chocolate bars, petite assortments, panned chocolates, and chocolate assortments are just a few of the many different selections available. Large boxes of chocolates ranging from 1 pound to 5 pounds are available. Prices are reasonable for the quality of candy received. Purchased a 4-ounce Gift Box of Assorted Chocolates, consisting of 7 different types of chocolate candies. Assortment consisted of dark and light candies. Box contained one piece of nut cluster, caramel, peanut butter crunch, marshmallow, turtle, truffle, and cream filled candies. Great granddaughter loved every one of them. I did manage to “steal” one from her gift. It was exceptional. Only complaint, wish I had purchased more. If you are a chocolate connoisseur or just an occasional chocolate taster, you must visit the Edelweiss Chocolates Factory in Bevely Hills to satisfy your cravings. This shop is open Monday – Friday 1000 – 1800 and Saturday 1000 – 1730. Tours of the production area are available.

the Sales Staff could not have been nicer, they helped us with buying for a younger crowd, they asked if we wanted water, they showed us the new items. They were so patience with us. Always asking if we understood. WOW

This place lives up to the name Gucci.
I love the selection and I do shop here.
The men's department has what I want and my female friends love shopping at this Rodeo Drive location.
I am always waited on by wonderful and helpful people who know every inch of the store.
Gucci is one of my favorite places to shop for style and elegance.

I live in Texas and I have never seen such a beautiful selection of boots and leather goods. I had a hard time choosing a pair but James was very patient and helpful. My new boots are beautiful, unique and very comfortable. I am so glad I stopped at WEST!

Rodeo Drive is a must visit when in LA. The absolutely stunning shop fronts accompanied by palm trees and flashy cars. The streets are clean and there are scattered cafes and restaurants to keep you going too! All stores have items with hefty price tags but it’s certainly worth the visit nonetheless.

Galerie Michael has been our favorite stop in Los Angeles for over 20 years, most recently, last week...Mary and I easily value it over any museum experience. Although we seldom buy, and can't spend much, we are always remembered there and received with magnanimous hospitality. Over the years, Richard and MIchael, Robert and Lynn, have nourished our appreciation of art, through our visits to their collections, their shows, their auctions, and their lectures.

Life is tough. We have to do what we can to make it a little easier. Sleeping on Frette linens definitely makes my life a little better -- it's like spoiling yourself every night, but you won't want to get up for work in the morning. Prices are definitely not for the faint of heart. Warning: totally addictive.

I've been to this Persol boutique several times before I ultimately bought the 3059s in light tourtise with blue gradient lenses (the same color combination as what Steve McQueen wore). Very cool sunglasses that exude quality and coolness. But more importantly, this boutique was very patient with me while I made my choice. And they expertly adjusted them for me. When I was indecisive and came back several times, min one complained and welcomed me back with a smile very time. Thank you Bani and Gerardo, who were both very knowledgeable, knew how the fames were made and what looks good on me. By the way, I've seen celebrities in this store, it's actually a very cool place to pick up sunglasses (they have Oliver Peeples there too).

Porsche Design sell extraordinary attractive goods including belts. I bought a belt with a beautiful buckle and a strap that was surprisingly not leather which after a year or so wore making the belt no longer wearable. Since the buckle is lovely and was the belt was expensive I visited the store in Madison Avenue to ask them to replace the strap so I could continue to wear it saying I appreciated that I may have to pay for the service. I was told by an assistant that this was not possible since the buckle could not be 'opened' to replace the strap. I suggested to the manager that it was sent to one of the Porsche factories which could surely remove a small bolt and insert a leather strap. I was disappointed that the factory could / did not perform this task. I am now left with a beautiful expensive unusable buckle. The story of Porsche designer belts does not stop there! Another belt from Porsche that I bought has a buckle that is so heavy that it pulls on the holes in the strap making it open and fall off and on one occasion scratching a glass table. A shop assistant in Madison Ave put a few addional holes in the belt and sent me on my way. I have the concern that the same thing will happen and I will be left with two unwearable Porsche Design belts. Rather inappropriately when I was in the store one assistant showed me other belts that I may like! No real apology was given nor was a credit note or voucher offered.
