What travellers are saying
- Ben H1 contributionHad a great tour through the mines, well off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit. Loved the authenticity of our guide Gerry who worked in the mines before they were shut - he was very informative and funny! Also (unrelated) the view from outside the mines of the surrounding countryside is breathtakingWritten 18 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Armagh2016Belfast, UK55 contributionsYou can walk round the ruins, should not take long. But plenty of opportunities for great photos. No entry change.
Centrally located, I walked to the castle from the town centre.Written 31 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - John CDublin, Ireland19 contributionsAlways enjoy visiting this beautiful church amongst the most impressive in Ireland..love the high spire and impressive facade..tastefully decorated throughout. Not really religious now though this building really evokes my cultural Catholicism A must see when in Roscommon town!Written 14 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
