Had a great tour through the mines, well off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit. Loved the authenticity of our guide Gerry who worked in the mines before they were shut - he was very informative and funny! Also (unrelated) the view from outside the mines of the surrounding countryside is breathtaking

Always enjoy visiting this beautiful church amongst the most impressive in Ireland..love the high spire and impressive facade..tastefully decorated throughout. Not really religious now though this building really evokes my cultural Catholicism A must see when in Roscommon town!

What a wonderful experience for someone who occasionally smokes a pipe. I will be taking my clay pipe home dipping the end in Brandy and giving it a go. Great historic knowledge by the owner who was more than happy enough to pass it on. All in all a great time had by all, thank you and thoroughly recommend it for adults.

The Railway Bar is our local and we are very proud to say that. We have brought some family events there and each one has been Flawless. Operated by Dale and Dermot along with Michelle and the team you can be guaranteed to be looked after well. All through these Covid times they have followed every guideline to Perfection and still offered the homely Welcome. The Only negative thing I can find is when it comes time to leave each night, I find that part very hard.... I'd recommend it to Anyone out there... put it on your Bucket List today
