Great place for kids and even adults to explore, discover, learn and play.
From drawing, painting, making paper, sewing rag doll, creating video animations, watching the stars to getting rid of your fears, there are so many activities (and more) that one afternoon isn't enough to do it all.
I regularly go there with my 4 and 6yrs old and we easily spend 5 hours each time. Children love the place and can wander pretty much on their own - It is a huge place (former train station) and many of the activities are in the central area so you can easily sit down and watch your kids go from one workshop to another.
Do not hesitate to bring a snack as there are not coffee shop inside but plenty of sitting areas.
Entry fee is really cheap and free under 4ys old.

I wasn't there for a concert, plays or any other cultural event.

Actually I visited in order to take a picture of a beautiful spiral staircase that lies inside it.

If you are a spiral staircase lover just like me, do not miss it!

The center of Rosario seems safe with tons of people. Several walking streets intersect to form a great area for shopping deals. Plentiful taxis and some great restaurants as well.

The museum deserves a quick visit, nothing particularly remarkable except the fact that is located in a building that once was a silo for cereals and part of Rosario port. But what IT IS very remarkable is the promenade in the adjacent parks (parque de las colectividades and parque de la costa central). A walk of about one hour down the river will let you see at your left, the delta of the Parana river and at your right, in my opinion, the best part of the city. Restaurants, cafes, artisans on the weekends, etc. If you love nature and green, do not miss it.

This is realtively small but very well done - tasteful and well organized. Minimum entry fee. Across from the soccer stadium which is also well worth the visit if they let you in.

Stunning building, not only from the outside but the interior, too, is breathtaking. Would be great if there were guided tours of this architectural gem. We walked past an intriguing-looking ancient library and would have to loved to see upstairs as well. The cafe, however, is a different story: it is very unusual to eat poorly in Argentina! The service was uncharacteristically ungracious as well. Hence the 3 stars rather than the 5 the location deserves.

This is a historic local museum, formerly a house owned by a traditional family in Rosario, which shows memorabilia in an authentic setting --rooms furnished and decorated in their original styles, with interesting paintings and cutlery. Worth paying a visit, good central location, downtown.

A fine museum which helps one understand the origins of the province, as well as the history of the country. Finely preserved, it allows visitors to glimpse into the glorious past of this city.
