What an amazing day! This all inclusive private tour (minus meals) was everything that our family of 4 could ask for and more. Claudia , our tour agent took care everything for us and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. After trying to coordinate transportation from Buenos Aires, transfers and tours on my own, I was SO glad I found this itinerary. It was perfect because I ended up breaking an ankle before my trip to BA and mobility was an issue. Claudia made sure to book a wheelchair for the tour and made all the arrangements with the airline so that I can have assistance at the airport for my flight to Puerto Iguzu. Once there our tour guide “Nacho” and the driver Cesar, we’re waiting for us at the airport after a flight delay from Buenos Aires. Nacho took care of everything from making sure we had the most comfortable seats on the train while in the park to taking us to best spots to view the falls. He was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area and made sure we saw all the animals that were present. Nacho made great recommendations for our lunch and the activities we should do, making sure that we did everything we wanted to do. He even helped wheel me around for the 7K (4+ miles) trail around the park. Nacho and our driver Cesar, made sure that we got to see the small town nearby to get the pictures at the meeting point of the 3 countries (Argentina/Brazil/Paraguay), all while giving us info about the local culture and history. Once back at the airport, Nacho went into make sure assistance was ready for me at the airport. Back at Buenos Aires, our driver , who picked us up from our hotel at 4am (sorry I forgot his name, but his car was one of the nicest vehicles we rode on while in Argentina) was waiting for us at midnight and was even able to drop off our party at 2 different locations. I fully recommend this tour if you have limited time in Argentina without worrying about making plans and you want an amazing tour! Thanks for the great memories
