The clothing is amazing and the class is awesome... we got to learn about the meditation, walking, sword movements (both samurai and ninja), throw ninja stars and blow darts, among other very interesting things.
I want to say thank you to Izo-san ( teacher of this lesson) for giving me a great opportunity and wonderful and unforgettable time.

The setting is a beautiful little traditional Japanese house which was very close to our hotel in Gion, the class size is small (only four of us) and Kimi is knowledgeable, lovely and speaks perfect English.

Chifumi is a fun, informative and helpful teacher and the Calligraphy Kyoto class was a wonderful opportunity to gain an insight into Japanese culture.
Wonderful lesson, very calming and you leave with a great sense of accomplishment, along with your own calligraphy as a souvenir.
