The course with Taro and Miyoko was a good mix between having an entertaining evening, getting some japanese food knowledge, experiencing cooking on your own and chatting+dining with locals.

The cooking class was held at Taro's house and we spent a lovely couple of hours learning about Japanese food culture, making dashi, omelettes, ad other small dishes, and of course tasting the amazing Kobe beef.
