Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place really pleasantly surprised, both by the size of the property and the number of activities available. The guide advised us to hire a motor cart to get us to the first activity — boat ride into one of the caves. The kids really loved this because you have to duck your head because the clearance is tight to get in (it’s comfortable and it’s still fun for them). We then went on another boat ride to get to an island to see flamingos and native cranes (and feed them as well). There were three motor boat rides in total and each one took us to a set of activities and scenic spots. We ended up having dim sum lunch at the stone boat with great scenery and the price was extremely reasonable. We ended the trip feeding fish and shooting archery. You can easily down a whole day there but with the guide we felt like we have seen all the highlights within 5 hours.

This is one of the nearest tourist spot in Guangdong Province just 2 hours drive from the Guangzhou city. well maintained and worth for money. it is nice and reasonable excursion to get rid of hectic life in Guangzhou. A good family spot with full of adventures even for youths as a group.

We visited Guangzhou for a couple of days and had a great time with our guide. Great itinerary proposed by the guide but also flexible to accommodate for any special places we wanted to visit. Definitively recommended, without the guide service we would have missed a lot of what the city has to offer!

We had been travelling with our young daughter and wanted to take her to Chimelong Safari Park but were not 100% sure about how to get there and not sure about how to navigate the massive park as the website was not very clear, so we took Zack up on his offer to take us since he had done such a wonderful job the day before on another private tour.
The drive over once picked up was a mere 45min drive from the Four Seasons Hotel where were staying. The entrance was enormous to accommodate huge demand, the price of the tickets were reasonable for the level of hygiene and variety of animals you get to see. We started with the train ride along the open areas where animals were free to roam but was still safe with invisible fencing. We were surprised as to how CLEAN it was- especially considering the fact that most parks (including in Europe) are terribly dirty, not Chimelong. We had -pretty much seen most of the Big 5 of Africa as well as the rare Asian White Tigers which were magnificent! Other parts of the park offered the Famous 3 Pandas of the Park which were absolutely adorable! The Koala sanctuary was especially interesting as we have never come across them on other travels to parks.

There were lovely shows and plenty of rides for children of all ages. We found Zack especially helpful in explaining and navigating around the massive park which helped us not waste time as we only had left the park to our last day of our trip to China and were pretty tired. One of our favorite features of the park is the aerial view from the cable car that takes you all over the park- absolutely stunning and so GREEN- it was the best way to relax after a long day. I would highly recommend a guided visit to this park- life is so much easier! loved it!

This was a fun place to go for the whole family. The glass bridge was fun to walk on and it didn’t sway as much as I thought. The whole family (2 kids 7 and 5 with grandma 65+ did the coaster ride down after the bridge walk. (The official board said don’t go if you’re 60+ but when you asked them they said so long as you’re healthy you’d be fine. Water duck ride in the lake was also fun. We wanted to do go karting too but the kids aren’t tall enough yet (1.5 m or over). The cave was spectacular. I’ve been to the one in the Blue Mountains in Australia and the one in Ljubljana, Slovenia but this one is much better. The first floor of the cave is easily accessible but we didn’t go up to the upper levels of the cave. Chinese lunch at the hotel was delicious, full of local area cuisine. Visited the hot spring after lunch. We visited the fruit tea section (without knowing that there are other classic tea sections as well). We tried rose, jasmine and other flower tea spa and it was great. The only down side is that in the men’s bathroom people smoked. Otherwise this is a fun place to do a day visit for the whole family.

My husband and his family (parents and brother) spent 3 days in Foshan and we booked this tour with Zack for one day. There was private car pick-up from our hotel. Zack introduced himself, explained the tour, and prioritized our interest with this tour. Zack was very knowledgeable in the history of Foshan so he told us about the ceramic city history and how Foshan became the home of Kungfu. The drive was smooth and we felt very safe. Zack Also took us to a great place for lunch and explain the local dishes. he was able to answer all our questions and also showed us places that the locals hang out and shopped. We were able to save a lot with our shopping! The tour was very rich in information and also we got to see a lot of action such as the Kungfu show and my family felt like we learned about Foshan. I would definitely recommend the local tour for anyone that has time to visit Foshan for a day or two.

Guangzhou Local Tours is the best. My husband and I spent a beautiful day seeing the city and its surroundings. Our guide was absolutely top-notch and spoke perfect English. We saw amazing sights and enjoyed little-known local attractions. Highly recommended. I will travel with them again gladly.
