The coffee preparation and tasting by champion barista Melanie was awesome. Carolina, at the front desk could not have been nicer. All speak perfect English. The whole experience was pleasant and the tour guide extremely knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and the process of making it. The booking was easy and when my friends and I got there, we contacted the tour guide immediately to make arrangements. We were there on time and so was he.
